    I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

    I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

    @AldoH35 @BBCiPlayer @NOWTV I have an amazon fire stick in another room and it worked on that. So guess it’s a @NOWTV problem

    Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

    @Bleasedog @NOWTV Have you googled the issue? Last time I had an unfathomable problem it was bc the service was not compatible with my TV and caused problems. It was Disney+ and LG televisions. They just don’t like each other!

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Your new player needs work. Audio stutter, Subtitles not synched properly and what quality is it supposed to be streaming at since it looks not close to 1080p? Why change the old player worked fine?

    @NOWTV All the call center has offered is to restart my contract, leaving me without internet for 2 weeks - a thing which I need for my job. It also doesn't address the core issue that someone is able to cancel my internet just by typing my address into some other ISP's signup form.
