It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

If the word ‘despair’ was used in connection with an issue like weight loss or ageing (for example) they would surely be silenced and fined millions. And they should be. Disgraceful.

Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?
