It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

Now all streaming services won't work in EU unless you use a vpn , likes of NowTV have means of detecting that so can't watch that anymore. Also data allowance on UK unlimited tariff has dropped from 25gb fair use to 12 in EU already.
