@NOWHelpTeam I finally got through to your unhelpful team. No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. Don’t go with #NowTV

I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

The @NOWTV app has stopped working on my @LGUK smartTV, getting error PL-0 whenever I try to play content. Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.

@NOWTV I have a Problem with my NOWTV App through BT RE: DEVICES I'm unable to watch my Subscription channels Through either my TV or cast from my mobile phone ,This has happened lots of times the last time on Tuesday. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

@jokerdaddy23 if you've not done it already, if you type in NOWTV cinema pass free trial into Google, you can get a 7 day free trial. I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

@cd2026 @SkyHelpTeam The TV itself is awful, absolutely awful, the sound, the picture, just awful and they know it which is why they're allowing people to have a puck like NowTV to steam sky "glass" through. Plus loads of channels missing, sub standard product.

@NOWHelpTeam Really, you just tested it. I don’t watch anything but the sports on nowtv. It’s stutters, I stream BT sports to, this doesn’t stutter at all. This is definitely a #nowtv issue, this is going through the Xbox app.

@MissusBanham @NOWTV This exact thing just happened to me. They’re an awful company. Managed to squeeze a 6th of the money they’d unethically taken as a refund and then cancelled my actual membership. I’ll never go near @NOWTV again. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

@Forsyth11 I went with NowTV in the end, £15 a month for all Sky sports channels, reliable and 4K quality.... The 3pms don't bother me, because when we're at home at 3, I'm there anyway, and it's literally 2/3 away 3pms a season anyway! So I'll listen on BBC Radio Manc
