    @NOWTV When attempting a “reset” on my NowTV stick, I am getting beyond the internet password only to be told I need to check my hdmi cable connection. There is no problem with that. Solution please?

    I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

    Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

    The @NOWTV app has stopped working on my @LGUK smartTV, getting error PL-0 whenever I try to play content. Any solution other than resetting the TV to factory settings (NOT doing that as I'll lose my other app data)? Tried reinstalling app, no fix.

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Please can you urgently fix the buffering issues? Not the first time it’s happened - usually during an England game. Not worth the money we’re paying for this.

    Hello @NOWTV please could someone get in touch work me? Bought a new stick tonight and keep getting the error "authentication plugin bot downloaded -4" Have tried everything I can find on the website and the bot live chat.

    @NOWHelpTeam I finally got through to your unhelpful team. No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. Don’t go with #NowTV

    @NOWTV I have a Problem with my NOWTV App through BT RE: DEVICES I'm unable to watch my Subscription channels Through either my TV or cast from my mobile phone ,This has happened lots of times the last time on Tuesday. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

    @jokerdaddy23 if you've not done it already, if you type in NOWTV cinema pass free trial into Google, you can get a 7 day free trial. I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

    I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

    Credit where it's due, I reported a problem to @NOWTV yesterday regarding our recently installed broadband - they had an engineer out today who's fixed the issue and now everything is working as expected. Awesome stuff, @NowTVHelp. #ServiceStandards

    @Top_CashBack hi I signed upto nowTV broadbamd back in August using an offer for £59.50 cashback, I can see this has been confirmed but we are now well over the 15 weeks timeframe and still no sign of this being paid into my account. Please could you help?

    @NOWTV is there an issue? I've had "sorry, now tv is currently unavailable" for about 3hrs now even after turning it off and on again multiple times 🤔
