Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

literally only have one episode left and i paid for nowtv just to watch this show but my pass ended :-( and now i had to watch the last couple episodes in such bad quality but ahh U KNOW WHAT I LOVE CARRIE AND MR BIG!!!!!!! like he was so toxic before but they've both matured

@Lou11356780 We chose not to have a TV license a few years ago as we found we would get better quality content by investing the money that had gone into the our TV license fee into Netflix, Prime Video and NowTV. All 3 for the same price.

@NOWTV @ComedyCentralUK why was the latest episode of the Daily Show with Michael J Fox cut short at the end? About 30 seconds into the interview with Fox the episode just ends... can you fix this please so I can watch back? @nowtvhelp
