No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.
