@NOWTV When attempting a “reset” on my NowTV stick, I am getting beyond the internet password only to be told I need to check my hdmi cable connection. There is no problem with that. Solution please?

@NOWTV Any idea as to why I keep getting a PL-0 error message on my Xbox one S? I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??

@NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

Subtitles: I have used many online streaming platforms to waste time during lockdown. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @PrimeVideo @disneyplus @ITV and by far the worst most insaccessible and most unhelpful of them all is @NOWTV @nowtvhelp. The subtitles are incomplete, broken, freezing

@arbitrarygenius Roku boxes are like an actually decent version of NowTV boxes (might even be the same tech, dunno) ... Except they allowed people to watch stuff in quality that was better than 720p. ((( removed original tweeterer )))

First world problems blah blah blah, but absolutely ******* sick of @NetflixUK @primevideouk and @NOWTV not simply listing films by release date. I don't care about trawling through old/straight-to-video films in Recently Added. Show me the newest cinema released movies.

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV you need to fix your rules. A TV Chromecast shouldn't be part of your devices given that ANOTHER device is needed to cast to it; therefore taking up two slots of the 6 you pay for. It's stupid.

@scottf646 @NOWTV They’ll charge you for **** you didn’t subscribe to and for months after you cancel. ******* awful service. Don’t even bother with free trials, you’ll get screwed hard. I don’t know anyone who had a good experience with them.

@nowtvhelp Thanks, but neither of those issues are the problem. Your app opens fine, adverts for other NowTV show play but not the selected video. Have reinstalled the app multiple times, rebooted TV with no success.

@NOWTV absolutely hopeless at sorting out both account problems (for several months) and now it is telling me my NowTV box is not a registered device but my account tells me I can add another 6 devices simply by watching a programme on them. AND back to the beginning!
