@NOWTV Any idea as to why I keep getting a PL-0 error message on my Xbox one S? I’ve removed then re-installed the app, cleared the cache and checked the location and dns status-all good! Can’t watch movies and it seems I’m not the only one??

@NOWTV You are total charlatans. I’ve been trying to close my account for months now. I login cancel the passes. Have no passes to speak of but every month, there you are stealing money from my account. The website is a maze, round and round and round, no answers!

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

@melindahaunton We're with BT. It's ok. No major problems and we can get discounted passes for NowTV which is useful when your football team is on Sky!
