    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode can’t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. I’m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess

    Really not impressed with the poor quality of @skytv stream when watching @SkySportsPL constant buffering and lag every time i’m watching the match, and I have the top broadband package. NowTV was far more stable and reliable!

    Anyone else watching on Sky / NowTV having sound issues? For me, the sound is a few seconds behind the pictures. It's the same across different devices too #nffc

    Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

    @conor_gamble @NOWTV It is odd, I can access it on my phone & laptop but not TV. It must be a software problem at their end (just tv) related.

    @BarryDidcock @NOWTV @HBOMax_UK Im on it now, the bot is saying "we're aware of the issue, blah blah, we will resolve the issue at the earliest" when I was 84 in the queue it took about 13-14 minutes
