    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp these are the worst internet providers I’ve ever had. I want to transfer the internet to the new housemate as I’ve had to move out (so not candy but transfer) and they are telling me there will be at £100 charge to do so, they refuse to just transfer the account

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Your new player needs work. Audio stutter, Subtitles not synched properly and what quality is it supposed to be streaming at since it looks not close to 1080p? Why change the old player worked fine?

    @Bleasedog @NOWTV Have you googled the issue? Last time I had an unfathomable problem it was bc the service was not compatible with my TV and caused problems. It was Disney+ and LG televisions. They just don’t like each other!

    @NOWTV still no broadband since 4th November! No one will help and I can’t even go somewhere else as you have my line with an ‘order pending’ This is unacceptable service!!!
