    @NOWTV why does everything I watch on your app now include audio description with no option to turn it off? Obviously thereโ€™s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you canโ€™t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

    The utter incompetence of @NOWTV broadband who can't even get their own phones to work, let alone my internet. They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...
