  @NOWTV Thank you, when I cancelled my pass, now tv then decided to open two new different passes and charge me for those instead? I have now cancelled those but is it possible to issue a refund please? Due to this I have spent £25 in two days on now tv which I can’t afford

  @nowtvhelp Ok thanks for quick reply, also when I plug my nowtv firestick in it comes up with a code to put into my phone but when I enter it it says error try again, tried a good few times.

  @nowtvhelp Hi, I use NowTV WiFi and over the past few months have had consistent issues of the WiFi suddenly dropping and asking for us to log back in .... Which we can't as we have no WiFi, it then comes back in 5 mins. Please help I can't seem to DM you atm
