@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you

@NOWHelpTeam It was happening on a Apple TV, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it didn't fix the issue. I've since tried watching on a nowtv stick and it's telling me I'm still watching on another device even though I've deleted it from Apple TV.
