@millyjnorman I'm not with BT, that's the problem they have the default lines for most companies. A lot of people don't realise so if you're with Nowtv, Sky etc & have bad upload speed etc. it BTs lines that are usually the problem. You've to go to independently laid lines to get better.

So I've now missed the entire #F1 FP1 on support to @NowTV with yet more technical issues. This time 'screen recording s/w detected… despite NOTHING running, and no apps with Mac's own screen recording privacy permission. So far the answer… use a different laptop 😭🤬

@nowtv hi there! Pretty sure you’re breaking some @Ofcom codes for not fixing a known fault/bug with repeated “verify your account” emails that can’t be resolved after sign up. The issue goes back to 2018 on your forums. Do I need to make a formal complaint to get you to fix it?

@NOWTV no internet connection for 6 weeks, charged for services totally unusable. Made complaints via phone to no avail. Asked to speak to a manger John in the technical team refused to put one on the phone. #inept #daylightrobbery

@NOWTV part 2 now vulnerable customers like me have to make payment of a very high amount to get services back on to work sacrificing priority bills just so they can work to pay anything!

@NOWHelpTeam I've been talking to online chat for an hour to try and solve this and they seem to have no idea how the NowTV platform actually works. I can't log in on multiple computers, why would reinstalling the app help? I don't get the option to type my email address.

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

Why is @NOWTV so totally unusable? Trying to watch the #FRIENDSREUNION it will not allow me to rewind 2 seconds to rewatch a cherished moment without rewinding to the beginning. #infuriating. Is it on DVD?!?😡😡😡😡
