@NOWTV This is not the first time ive complained due to similar circhmstance his reply was close your account and did not address the 2 issues 1. Why was a boost applied 2. Why was the discount for last few months not applied His reply close your account or change the pin????

@NOWTV Don't change your tone now silly, the set up has been correct since yesterday morning when it was due to be activated at any point till 12 last night. You're companies incompetence is the reason its not working not individual error.

@NOWTV Hi NowTV. I was using an Xbox series X. My connection was fine and i restarted my Xbox, router and app in the console. Its purely because your streaming service is the basic one and you charge more for better quality. It kept jumping out of HD into what seemed like 111p

I wait with baited breath for today's update but fear it will be another email to say the issue still isn't sorted and they will update me again in 2 days time. Surely there is more NowTv can do to sort it however if you have been...
