Worst thing I’ve done since buying a house is having anything to do with sky. NowTV broadband has been and absolute shambles from the start. Life lessons are expensive.

tbf I couldn’t be arsed logging out on my NowTV stick and logging back in because typing in the login details on a NowTV remote is annoying as ****, but I’ve done exactly that and now it’s fine. still hate the coverage mind

I can't express how annoyed I am right now, I was about to raid out and my internet cut out meaning around 1/4 of those watching stayed, thinking I had just randomly ended my stream. @NOWTV this is the second time this week and at awful timings! Get it sort!!!!!

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve been on it 3 times!! They send me to a Sky order page to order a remote online but the site no longer works, it directs you to a Sky phone number that does not work, I’ve rang NowTV to be told I’d have to buy an ENTIRE new NowTV kit🤬😡😡🤬

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks
