    @NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

    @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

    @NOWTV hi was going to cancel my entertainment package and was offered a £1 for another month but when I tried to accept it wouldn’t work so I cancelled can you help me with getting this £1 extension applied to my account please thanks Darren

    @UKTVPlay Hi, hope you can help. I was trying to sign up for UKTVPlay via my NowTV stick, went onto the website to log on, and my browser told my the connection was not private, and it could be impersonating a website. What do you advise?

    @NOWHelpTeam I’ve discovered today that you can force-quit the NowTV ATV app rather than having to reset the ATV. Doing that gets things working. Again, proof that the issue is with the Now app - I hope to see this fixed soon. Have you filed a bug report about this?

    @NOWHelpTeam I'm watching nowtv at the moment, but when I try to log into my account it shows no memberships and no payment details held. Money deducted from bank yesterday??? Please help

    I rely on the internet for most of the things I need to be able to function, which is great when my internet is so weak that even Twitter struggled to load while nothing else was running. @NOWTV internet is terrible and getting worse by the day

    The fact we've been dealing with snail Internet for a month (1 new hub and two engineers being sent round) is ridiculous. Yeah the customer service helpline is great but the actual service is awful Anyone got any isp recs over @NOWTV

    @skytv sort your customer service out! Been trying to ring since 1530 and still can’t get through! I can’t access my Sky Go or NowTv been getting Access Denined, Network Error or don’t have permission to access all of a sudden
