    @NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

    @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

    @NOWTV I purchased sports day pass earlier no issues. Tried to activate it via mobile and it told me I didnt have a day pass (despite account showing it). Logged out and tried to log in again and been unable to do so since on mobile app or chrome.

    @NOWTV The issue has remedied itself now. The issue wasn't with the pass, it was with the 'sign in' facility which wasn't working on either app or chrome. Once the sign in feature started to work again all was fine.

    @NOWTV there seems to be an issue with the cast icon in the app, it’s disappeared. Has there been an app update? The issue is on iPhone and android
