@NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

@NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

@Netflixhelps It seems to be a universal problem on all the devices I have used. Netflix apps on PS4, Roku/NowTV sticks, and Virgin Media/Tevo box. The order of the seasons are in reverse and every episode behaves like the finale (recommending what to watch next at the end)

@NOWTV_It can someone get back to me that isn’t a robot about an issue I am having with Nowtv entertainment pack. That should have been included in our broadband package that has been missed off. I can’t seem to get anywhere online or by email!
