    @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

    @NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

    @NOWTV There was no subtitles available for The Kitchen. Other shows, the subtitles might show up, lag then drop out. I remember Succession was the last drama I watched and that had issues. Perry Mason was another that was particularly annoying. My sister couldn't follow that one at all

    @nowtvhelp I've tried everything. I cannot login to Nowtv which means I cannot watch anything and I cannot cancel. This has been the case for a year.

    @NOWTV we repeatedly get a message saying says "unable to connect to sign in, please try later" when trying to sign in on any web browser. Are there problems with the site currently? Thank you

    @NOWTV Yes, the pattern is that it starts working after an update and then the setting for Local Network access gets messed up and you can't cast I know what to do but my point is your app should be smart enough to avoid this or at the very least flag the issue (ie lost local network)

    @NOWTV is the website broken?? Trying to sign up new connection for broadband, days now keeps saying "Oops, something gone wrong". Can't sign up, cannot connect to advisor either. Just autobot in circles!! Don't you want my business?? Advice??

    @Jake_Shakey Jake I just want to check something if that is OK? can you please uninstall and reinstall the nowtv app on your phone for me? Did you say that all other apps are casting no problem without any issue? thanks

    @nowtvhelp I am having issues because @nowtv purposely make it difficult to cancel in the hope you can take some extra money from people. There should be an option to cancel on your account through simply clicking a "Cancel" button like you can do with any other service such as Netflix.
