@NOW I've so own to them previously about it, we've had multiple service people out to check the line and our connection, had a new box etc etc. This wasn't an issue with our line. This was an issue across England with nowtv outages just gone midnight last night.

@NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.

@Barclaycard Thank you Ross. Everyone I have contacted at @Barclaycard is really polite. It is just frustrating that nobody is able to sort this out. @NOWTV can't help as they don't recognise us as being customers.
