@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

@mr_n_poos Just seeing this after my issues in March of this year saying Eurosport was going and forcing me to NOWTV. Can I ask how you got the Feb 2021 date for it being removed as no one in BT will tell me when and I feel I’ve had the wool pulled over my eyes for the last 9 months. Thanks

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.
