    Going great since switching broadband to @NOWTV! First they mess up the billing (still not fixed), now they can't even book an Openreach engineer appointment to fix the botched migration. Guess it serves me right for buying broadband from a TV company?

    @eoghanwalsh Yep - had this all the time during the EUROS. BBC iPlayer was the worst - up to 90 seconds behind live action because they insist on their proprietary codec. NOWTV and Vermin Media about 30-45 seconds behind, usually

    @DarionBrown3 @TheDCEU In the UK it was released on NowTV, it was horribly compressed and sped up to 25fps so ran in fast forward with 'chipmunk' sound as the pitch was raised a semitone. The 4K disc fixes all the issues and is amazing. I'd love to see it in full iMax though.

    Have an LG smart TV and Panasonic Viera with NowTV - same problem on both setups.

    there’s no platform on which the NOWtv interface isn’t absolutely terrible, like how is anyone paid to produce it and all the managers think ‘fine’?

    You know Now TV is **** when they charge £5 more for 1080p (totalling to £20 a month) and the stream picture quality is so inconsistent that 50% of the time it's 360p or lower and rarely ever 1080p, found the same programme on a 'free' website in constant 1080p @NOW @NOWTV

    @NOWTV awful service from you! You've messed me about for two weeks getting an engineer out to my #broadband and you still can't come for another 2 weeks despite the fact I'm a critical worker with no connection #cancelled and gone back to @virginmedia #usless

    @NOWTV trying my best to contact you about your awful awful WiFi yet there is absolutely no way to find an email to explain my issue and your website just leads me in circles. Can't even watch a YouTube video on low quality without freezing. Can't wait to hear back xxxxxx
