@NOWTV undeniably has the worst customer support. On hold for 30 mins after I finally got a contact number from their live chat - I got through to John. Whilst John seemed nice and friendly, it turns out he actually works for @SkyUK and cannot help with the matter. 😡

I do hope you fix this issue on Windows, its been far too long. 2018 was the first report of it, 3 years ago. Yet you've done nothing to fix it, hopefully you actually try soon instead of doing nothing to fix it as it's really ruining my experience of NowTV atm. Disappointed.

@OveratedLama Its actually useless tho that's what i learned. Tried it once when i was in a 5g covered area and i wanted to watch F1, and nowtv was still just as potatoe quality as on 4g. Ofc im sure there's some benefits but it feels a negligible step up from 4g for the time being

@TalkingPicsTV desperately need help. I had talking pics tv when i had a skybox. Cancelled sky now got NowTV broadband and can't find your channel anywhere. I'm going stir crazy. Anyone on her know where I can find you. Yours in desperation Layton Percy Jones
