The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

No option to watch from start on live tv! Should be able to stream past live TV almost immediately. Please fix these issues

♀Alison (I know my chromosomes) GC ally ‼️ (@notwheeshting) reported@NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

But yeah anything streamed on our TVs unless it’s like Netflix etc… it would be affected. But yeah no problem!
