@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

@NOWTV Sure. @Vodafone sent me a snow TV sports pass code, to replace the sky sports mobile I had. I followed the link, installed the app & then things just don't work. Or they start to work, then freeze & I'm told I need a pass. I have a pass. Plus nothing casts. Help chat cuts out.

@nowtv truly awful service,wasted 1 hr of my day, not trying to reinvent the wheel just get broadband as per the offer....2 x waiting + 2 long phone calls to people who bless them can't speak English well and we are on a choppy line...not a good mix really is it,where is the gin?

@nowtv @nowtvhelp Why are your chat assistants not very good? Don't you train them properly? Twice now they've followed the script, "yes you have a pass, you get the following, that's not working, OK uninstall & reinstall, try again." Then chat goes dead. @VodafoneUK poor swap!

@NOWTV is your service down? I have tried logging in on my laptop phone and tv and keep getting error messages? I have signed up for sky sports pass. Will the issue be resolved before the Liverpool match?
