  @AmberNelson21 @nowtvhelp Same. NowTv broadband is currently not working in London. It's been disconnecting and reconnecting all day. It's now disconnected completely. Is NowTv trying to fix the problem?

  @NOWTV HD channels are breaking up. Tried retuning the channels on two boxes and they have completely disappeared. All none HD channels work perfectly. As stated earlier HD channels direct to TV work perfectly, problem is only when using Nowtv. Full fibre at 300mbs?

  @NOWTV Hello, I have tried both of these and still not working. The live chat wasn't helpful either as it wouldn't let me chat with someone, just the bot.

  Hey @nowtvhelp @NOWTV - my internet is down, your line test isn’t working, your website is crap and my kids wake up in 9 hours - if there’s no tv, fortnite, roblox or youtube, I’m gonna have to actually talk to them or play with them or something - please help!

  @NOWTV @nowtvhelp Your DNS server appears to have gone down. Rather unhelpfully, I can't set my own DNS IP address on my router as you've locked users out from that setting, so I'm stuck waiting for you to fix it. Please hurry up, it's rather frustrating. Tier 4 sucks already!

  @NOWTV Hi again. It’s currently stopped working once again. The same issue as yesterday. I’m in a house of three university students and we’ve all got work due in and with no wifi this is nearly impossible...
