Is #Nowtv broadband the worst broadband provider ever? I can’t seem to get them to investigate the fact the broadband connection keeps dropping. They constantly want me to make changes to the router Wi-Fi … even thou we don’t use the Wi-Fi on the router… we have a mesh!

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.

@hayuhelps week after week there are errors with availability versus schedule @hayu_uk posts. I've tried the app, Prime, NowTV - all have issues. Subtitles are not available a lot of the time. I don't want a DM, I want to know here what you're doing to resolve this ongoing issue.

@primevideosport None, Prime service is crap, have no issues with Disney, Netflix, BBC, All4, NowTV, Paramount or YouTube, but Prime,Prime crashes within 15 minutes and stuns the whole TV.

Prime Rings of Power stream is always lagging. Don’t have any of this problem on Disney+ and YouTube nor Nowtv. Poor experience

@JoshSB91 @johnnyhammer5 @sportbible I know. Tried nowtv and it’s actually behind sky go. But when a score app beats the stream it’s a massive issue particularly in massive games
