@bt_uk I’m a new BT customer and for 3 days straight I have rang your customer service as I cannot access NowTV. No one can help and advises to ring back day after day. Yet you have the capability to send me my first bill which includes NowTV. I’m now regretting coming to you

@NOWTV trying to watch via my Google chrome cast app, but getting this error message. SDK.LOADING_LIMIT.UNKNOWN_REASON.MAIN_CONTENT Been like this for a week. I've updated my chromecast, restarted. Everything. I can watch on my phone but unable to cast. Please help!

@NOWHelpTeam Hi. Trying to watch any programme on #NOWTV via the PS4 is shocking recently. Buffers every 10 - 60 seconds. Delete the app and reinstalled. Same issue. All other streaming platforms (Apple, iPlayer, Amazon etc) work perfectly. Have you updated the app recently?

The pathetic little stunt NOWTV have pulled with my PS5 is taking the utter piss now. So it was logged in but for some reason it was the PS4 app. Then the PS4 app ceased to work on PS5 and now it refuses to let me sign in. Utterly unacceptable.
