    @NOWTV . Brilliant concept no follow through. Don’t what the problem is with your connections but it’s not the internet. Oh well there’s always Netflix.

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp I’m wondering whether or not you’re going to address the ongoing issues with your system: crashes, endless-malfunctions, etc., or do you not care? Are you running #nowtv into the ground in the hope of bullying people into buying #skytv?

    @Microbedoc2 @ThreeUK @NOWTV Sky wifi dreadful too. It had always be bad wherever I’ve lived in London. Impossible to work from home. Download speeds okay upload speeds nearly non existent. So can’t do referrals, prescribe etc

    @DisneyPlusUK I am trying to turn on English subtitles on the app on @NOWTV and it doesn't seem to have that option? I have tried a number of things but I can't see this option and your help page implies it is only available on certain devices?

    @nowtv how come a broadband service provides such a bad customer service? How can they fail at installing broadband in time and not give us any sort of solution in the next 48 hours? Worst experience ever.

    Once again my hopeless @SkyHelpTeam Q box has lost its internet and it’s all my routers fault - EVERY other bit of kit I own is happy with the router, not you. Can you hurry up and move all content to NOWTV so I can bin your awful box & use my AppleTV to view the content instead?

    @NOWTV Broadband.I’ve signed up with you guys and i am already disappointed! Signed up with you guys, your Engineers came to my house to sort the line out, i call in to activate line , i am told further work needs to be done on the line. Couldn’t the engineer fix it then ?

    @NOW honestly never had so many issues with the internet until we got nowtv. Terrible speeds and constant disconnections #NOWTVdown

    @NOWTV a few days after filling in a NowTV survey where I mention that charging £3 a month for a quality boost is unfair they go and up it to £5 per month. I think @NOWTV misunderstood who it was unfair on. 1080p should be standard without rinsing customers for an extra fiver.

    Lost@my nowtv remote a week ago and it just had the audacity to tell me on the screen that it’s low battery. Show yourself and then we can fix that
