@itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

@jokerdaddy23 if you've not done it already, if you type in NOWTV cinema pass free trial into Google, you can get a 7 day free trial. I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

@bea_p_webster @NOWTV It’s the absolute ******* worst. And the programs that have subtitles are formatted so badly! May as well watch on YouTube honestly.

@NOWTV No, I’ve literally spent the last 2 days on the phone trying to sort this out and getting nowhere. I’ve lodged a complaint and have been told it may take as long to deal with that as it will to get an update on the issue. I’m waiting for an email or call from yourselves.

@nowtvhelp Actually the splitter is new Inakustik 4k splitter made in Germany. I'm not a fan of Netflix but will try. YouTube, videos, etc works fine. The problem appears for Now tv. Am I right that it's allowed to watch now tv via splitter made? No protection inside nowtv app against it?
