@itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

@IGNUKDeals Been with them for a few years - but I’m away in Europe atm & unfortunately @NordVPN won’t work for streaming bbc IPlayer, nowtv etc so was a bit mift :-(

You wait patiently all season for the big Luton Watford game, you settle down ready to watch, and then @NOWTV is unable to get the stream to work. "We're aware of this issue" are you aware 25mins of the game has already gone?!

@JoshSB91 @johnnyhammer5 @sportbible I know. Tried nowtv and it’s actually behind sky go. But when a score app beats the stream it’s a massive issue particularly in massive games

I really wish streaming services had the option to just have subtitles on all the time. NowTv is the worst for this by far and doesn't consistently keep them on from one episode to the next - even when watching them back to back.

@terrierdaveuk @emseditorial Thing that makes me laugh Dave is that I’m on fast fibre broadband and the picture quality on Amazon is very flakey, shouldn’t be getting artefacting and pauses. I don’t with nowtv or BT sport. Might as well watch on Kodi.

@BTGroup please help! I signed up to the entertainment package with NowTV and Netflix over three weeks ago. Netflix is still not working and just been told on your helpline I should cancel and just sign up with Netflix directly! I just want what was offered
