    @Acekidder @SnoopyG7 This is exactly what I’ve got. How do you get now tv to work though? I’ve been paying a tenner a month since May or June and I haven’t used it once. It tells me to get a pass, but I’ve got a pass. Any help would be appreciated. @NOWTV

    @NOWTV What's the support email address? I don't have time to be on hold for hours as I'm at work and this is a known issue so assumed you would be able to provide an update on what's being done to resolve it?

    @NOWTV It's not on, haven't changed any settings since using Canva daily for months, it stopped working on Thursday and haven't been able to access it since. Seems like other NowTV customers are having the same problem according to @canva

    @NOWTV Hi sis, yes this is the problem. The episode was released yesterday in the US and is available on hayu directly. Hayu are telling me this is a YOU problem, not a them problem? So please assist. Last week, episode 1 was available Mon 7 Dec, so where is episode 2?

    @NOWTV I am having so many problems with your broadband at the moment. Any time I want to join a Teams call, or stream something, the connection drops out. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone to assist either. (Yes I've performed line connection tests).

    @adamofbromham @SnoopyG7 @NOWTV You have to sync your account with Xbox... if you got to the app there is a code. You have to go to now tv web site then sign in with your email and password then go to the activate device page... input that code and you will be golden 👍

    @NOWTV Hi there. I have been charged again by you today. £25 again. I cancelled over 2 months ago. That’s twice in a row now. £50. I need that £50 refunded immediately. I have been chasing you guys over this issue for the past 2 months. Stop fobbing me off!Terrible cust service!
