  Can we PLEASE just be straightforward about what this is? The problem is a failure to tackle predatory online behaviour, not because there’s ****** online. If we care about “naked pictures”, how is this going to stop a teen using their parents NowTV profile to watch Euphoria?

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

  @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

  Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

  Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

  @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work
