@ruskin147 @virginmedia I was completely put off Virgin from the constant complaints of outages on Hanwell Friends FB. Apart from an outage when an OpenReach cabinet flooded, NowTV Broadband has been flawless.

@agbu44 @fia @F1 I agree. NowTV gave us free coverage of the race, something is not watched for years. But that ending was disgraceful esp as he had an 11+sec lead just before the crash. I don't watch football as it's a corrupt business. Looks like F1 is still dodgy.

@NelsonAK13 @toryboypierce @BBCOne I pay for basic sky package, still have to watch ads despite paying for it. I have an occasional NowTV movies subscription. Have to watch ads before films. Both work out significantly more than licence fee with less original shows. with no public service remit.

@UridiumAuthor The TV is on the newest firmware so not sure what else to do. If the TV is screwed (I don't think it is as 4k does work for TV box and consoles) I'll just put Firestick and NowTV into 1080p (which resolved it) and get a new TV in future.

Hey @NOWTV My router and TV are less than 10 metres apart, great speed to the router yet can barely watch anything being streamed. It is dire. Either I get severely low quality or it just buffers for ages

Imo @NOWTV has the worst UX of any app I've ever used. Opening a browser to open an electron app. It's just a horrendous idea. Why it felt it had to be different to every other streaming app is a mystery.

After giving #nowtv a year to improve, I can confidently say that the quality is just as bad as ever. Generally worse than standard definition. Intermittently unwatchable. Even with the HD Boost. Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon, BBC iPlayer etc. all work perfectly. @NOWHelpTeam @NOW

@NOWHelpTeam You guys should focus on creating engineer callouts more carefully, this is the second engineer we've had come to fix our broadband issue only for NowTV to have put the fault in as a phone line issue so the lovely and helpful @OpenreachHelp couldn't help...
