    @NOWTV another lunch break wasted on the phone to you trying to fix my supposedly ‘super fibre’ broadband. Solution is another 3-5 days paying for and using up 4G data so I can actually work. The most useless service I’ve ever experienced.

    @garyjamesjones @NOWTV I had the same issue, spoke to the guys at now tv via chat and they basically said, you need to buy a replacement.

    @NOWTV @tdrumnbass This has been happening to me on iPad also. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading, but no joy. Can’t seem to see any error code.

    @nowtvhelp got email informing me from 8th November last year I could no longer watch nowtv on my device but you still continued to take payments, can you please refund this money as this is terrible customer service and I have cancelled my membership

    @NOWTV Have all the pics of chat unavailable in working time , parts of site not working etc And I am looking for nothing for free, I just want to trust you I did 3 extra sky sports days- I wanted the 39 for 2 months . i am also paying the normal one Tried my nest with chat- NOPE!
