Jordan Look (@JordanLoook) reported@NOWTV The Now TV app on my smart TV. I've had this problem a fair few times now. Sometimes its perfect quality sometimes its buffering and goes pixilated. I pay £40 with a "FULL HD BOOST"+Movies. Just not good enough for £40 a month. My Internet is perfect so it can't be that.

It's also my birthday tomorrow and now our neighbour is going to get all calls that are meant for me. OpenReach need to sort this asap.

Michael Stone (@stonermichael) reported@ThreeUKSupport And it's down this morning, 100% signal strength on router but Internet showing as disconnected, same every time. Now having to travel to the office to work which I totally shouldn't have to do. Who refunds my Sky, NowTV and Amazon Prime when I can't use them?
