Tony (@TonyB_1997) reported@SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.

Obviously there’s benefits for people who need it but paying subscriptions when you can’t choose whether you want it or not is a bit of a joke! Help please!

Joe (@JoeyL14) reportedYou can thank me for this. My VPN allowance expired at half time and every other one I've tried won't work with the NowTV app. So, once again, **** you @SkySports. I literally pay you (far too much) and you still block me from watching. Definitely cancelling in the new year.
