nick smith (@nickjsmith101) reported@NOWTV Is there a fix yet for getting the NOWTV player running on Windows10? It used to work but then it stopped working. I have been through every help guide I can on this subject but it still does not work... If I open the player, it goes black, then closes.

John Bull (@garius) reportedIt is impossible to get in touch with a human being at @NOWTV if you're router is broken, which is pretty impressive. It'll only let you talk to a human if there is a line issue. There is no path to a human if there isn't. I'm almost impressed with the low-level evil of it.

Simon Young (@youngsimon) reported@NOWTV @NOWHelpTeam does anyone actually work at your offices? 5 complaints logged and not a single one replied to? Easily the worse company I have ever had to deal with!
-
Michael Cox (@DyniteMrc5) reported@NOWTV website problem, when I try to add Boost package it loads a page that just says "Not found".
-
Sally Otoole (@sallykizz) reportedSomeone please tell me how to fix when your tv actors voices don’t match their lip movements I’ve already turned the audio on and off in settings and left the tv off for 10 mins #nowtv @NOWTV_It
-
Alex (@pintofsimilar) reported@garius @NOWTV 5 different options, 2 of which sound tangentially relevant to your situation but lead to further submenus that take you further away from what your actual issue is?
-
Nath (@N4th4n__) reportedNowtv has to have the worst customer service going
-
Char (@Charlotte_P_95) reportedWe've had nothing but trouble with our NowTV wifi and now it's frustrating
-
Amy Tysoe (@Kurzheck) reported@HSouthwellFE I once asked a friend at Sky and was genuinely astonished to find out NowTV wasn't some kind of blackop, deliberately kept just barely functional but always awful, to drive sky subscriptions

MGsoutherngeordie (@MGsoutherngeor1) reported@NOWHelpTeam Not sure, but I've gone back to nowtv stick and the quality still nowhere near as good as bt. Paying extra for boost I'd expect at least as good. You have the tech to provide better quality. Obviously a policy not to, so as not to tempt some away from paying silly money for sky.
