@CraigWhite16 @NOWTV_It Bizarrely I just checked on my account and it said I couldn't watch it because I need the sports description! I've always had issues with NowTV's UX but it's been particularly bad lately.

Anyone else using the NowTV app on their Smart TV and finding the sound quality to be shocking? Some bits really loud, others barely audible. Even with a sound bar.

@NOWHelpTeam please get the interns who built NowTV Player app to fix it so it functions on pc/laptop. It's not a secret that this inept pile of poorly designed excrement doesn't work.
