@NOWTV have just nicked £33.99 out of my account a month after me cancelling. Then the bloke on the live chat goes missing after I ask about it. Awful company

@Zobyismyname Not just generational. Quite often my parents stream now (Netflix, Prime, NowTV), unless Sunday evening drama and some sport. Accounts for over half their viewing. BBC error has been not adapting to new trends, limiting back catalogue and expiring shows too soon.

@NOWHelpTeam My Tv, I subscribed for Sky Sports via NowTv, i took the free week, pay later for Sky One, i need to use subtitles but I cant see the option to display them, I went online for help, it tells you to press the Question (?) on your Sky Q remote but I dont have a Sky Q remote

@NiskaHumans @NOWHelpTeam Do not waste your time trying to get nowtv to sort this. They are not interested. Go straight to your back and tell them someone has fraudulently used your details. Trust me you will just get the run around from now tvs “help” department.

@NOWHelpTeam Really not good enough. Renewed yesterday only to find the app doesn’t work on your own technical partner’s platform. Roku stick not a NowTV Roku stick which is an irrelevant distinction anyway.
