    Absolutely awful customer service experience from @NOWTV today. Was a customer with them for a year and changed provided after a 12-month contract only to be hit with non-contractual termination charges. Will be reporting to ombudsman (which will cost them a lot more than £13!)

    @NOWHelpTeam there is no rhobh on the hayu channel. Is this a nowtv issue ?
