    Why is UHD sound so UGHHH on @NOWTV via apple tv, the sound is up and down, constantly desyncing, its so irritating and judging by searching this has been a issue for ages and its stupid they not fixed this yet

    @NOWTV too often your live streams are interruptive & stuttering. Too often your "something has gone wrong" message pops up on my screen. It's not my broadband, which is a 700MB service, so what are you doing to resolve your ongoing streaming issues? #nowtv #skysports

    @Benleo Im having the exact same problem with nowtv since they have joined up with Sky. My only way to find out now is to cancel my direct debit and see who starts chasing me for their money!

    @BarryDidcock @NOWTV @HBOMax_UK Im on it now, the bot is saying "we're aware of the issue, blah blah, we will resolve the issue at the earliest" when I was 84 in the queue it took about 13-14 minutes

    Why is it that every time I watch a football match on @SkySports (@NOWTV app) the picture quality deteriorates at around the 60-min mark? My broadband speed is a steady 150Mbps. Are customers who don't pay for the Boost/HD option being penalised? Has anyone else noticed this?

    The @HBO Max user interface on the @NOWTV app might be the worst UI I’ve ever seen.
