    @NOWHelpTeam We’ve had two engineers come and look at the line and still no progress, we’ve heard it all before so not holding my breath. But thank you for your help. (Not angry at you just the service x) PS BEWARE and do NOT get WiFi through NowTV #nowtvisoverparty

    @John_Finnis_ @elson_tong This is not the first article I’ve read about BNOs and their life in UK. Think NowTV previously had an exclusive and some of them were actually accountants & finance professionals who went there to work in supermart checkouts. Yeah, if you’ve made enough fair enough I guess.

    @NOW is slow as ****. I can search for 10 movies on one other app quicker than @NOW brings up the search results for 1 movie. NowTv was faster over 1 yr & a half ago. Fix your ******* app @NOWTVHelp . Don't reply to this tweet. Just fix that **** *** app.

    @NOWTV Hi, I am having problems with my NowTV stick . I am in Ireland Loaded it ok onto TV but it says service not available in my country? I bought the stick in Ireland assuming it was available here. Hope you can help me Thanks. Emily Riordan

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi. The new NowTV app won’t download to the Firestick Lite. “Download failed” error message. Have the old yellow and red app on my old firestick no problem. Is it just me?

    Hi @NOWTV can you sort you're terrible service out, our programes crash every 10 mins while watching them on the smartstick, then everytime I try and report them via your website the live chat crashes too, not great hey!

    @NOW I've so own to them previously about it, we've had multiple service people out to check the line and our connection, had a new box etc etc. This wasn't an issue with our line. This was an issue across England with nowtv outages just gone midnight last night.

    @4Viewers @williamseivwrig Yeah we use the app on the LG smart TV, firestick AND nowTV, and it’s the same across every device I’ve ever tried watching on, regularly cuts out after an ad break for us, then you have to start again and rewatch the adverts when fast forwarding back to where you were. Awful
