@NOW Does anyone ever test your website? How are new members meant to join if the "Join in" button on the login page just takes you to the home page? I've tried to sign up to NowTV a few times, now i remember why i gave up last time.

@NOWTV shocking service. Refund within 30 days. Now surpassed. Told there was an error in processing. Will be another 3-5 days. Who's refunds take 30 days? You process it, it's received within a week. Normally 1-2 days. 👎

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry
