    @NOWTV It appears to be only skysports for freezing pics etc... But the error in player message happens when I watch box sets too

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp surprise surprise next big game on TV and nowtv is full of errors playing channel, freezing pictures... The list goes on- I have unplugged I have reset and done all the stuff you will tell me to do yet again - I shouldn't have to do this every time I want to watch TV
