Sherida (@SheridaJB) reported@NOWTV what is happening with the HAYU app? How you can expect that I pay for a app you aren’t updating? Hayu are throwing this issue back to you saying it’s your fault, so could you give an estimated time because if I can’t use the apps service I want a refund.

Katy (@Katy_mo) reported@NOWHelpTeam Oh now thats a record, 12 times I've had to tell the NowTV tech team that it is not an issue with my Internet provider and is in fact the appauling NowTV player that's at fault. Oh and 5 times telling them that I've already contacted my provider. This is getting so tedious.
