@googlenest It’s right beside the router. Not sure about the band. I’ve rebooted everything in the last few days and it doesn’t help. Playing things within Google TV is fine, it’s the NowTV app specifically that has problems.

@dog_gruff Agree. I don't watch it in Nottingham, only Netflix, Amazon, Nowtv & don't have a license there. In Scotland my disabled son watches Cbeebies etc. We have Virgin TV, so not having a license would not work. Believe me, I tried to get it cancelled, but the wife ruled against, lol

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
