Both @PrimeVideo and @NOWTV have stopped working on our Apple TV. Have tried everything. Why is fixing these sorts of problems so stupidly difficult? Even the @PrimeVideo helpline person didn’t know how to sort this out!

@NOW No 4K or HDR support on NowTV makes this a poor offer. The standard package is 720p! 2010-level quality for an otherwise stellar show, very strange. I would subscribe if it was better.

Hey @ParamountUK can you sort out the @AppleTV app it’s by far the worst interface on there and we had NowTV as the bar. Controller doesn’t work, no consistent menu performance.

@whitneysvision Same difference. I have an issue with how washed out the blacks look on sky/nowtv GoT was a nightmare to watch. Is that still an issue?
