Has anyone written an article yet about just why NowTV is so terrible compared to its competitors? What constraints are they working with that mean they can't just work normally in a browser like Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+ et al?

@NOWTV Yes have done that, seems to be working again. Thanks! Sorry haven’t had any problems before! Happy Christmas!!

@NOWTV What a surprise. The most useless company ever! Customer service is appalling. No one wants to help! Just how I wanted to spend my Christmas Eve! Isolating hoping I don’t develop symptoms, not able to see any family and trying AGAIN to get this sorted when NOW don’t care!!!!

  • Hegrz Jamie Hegarty (@Hegrz) reported

@NOWTV Is your live chat down currently? I was in the middle of working through an issue and the chat disconnected, now every time I try to start a new one it says there is a connection problem and to try later.

  • lukejostins Luke Jostins-Dean (@lukejostins) reported

Go to NowTV tab, click on TV show, it makes me sign in again, it asks to open it in the external video player, player needs to updated, runs an old-school install wizard, then I have to go back and open it in the browser again. Why not just click and play like everywhere else?
