    @NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

    @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

    Why do streaming services have their audio adjusted so low? If I’m watching YouTube I have to set my tv volume to 20 or its blaring, yet on nowtv, Netflix, Amazon I set it to max 100 and it’s still low, having to buy speakers when they aren’t the problem clearly

    @NOWHelpTeam FYI I’ve just cancelled my Sky Sports with @NOWTV Your product is awful and your customer service is non existent. Why is it so difficult???

    @NOWTV have you ever thought about fixing the buffering problem that your streaming service clearly has for live sports? People pay so at least figure out how to give us a service that doesn't jump every other minute 😤
