  @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

  Heads up to anyone looking to watch the SPFL games at home tonight… My Sky app isn’t working (via Virgin Media) and I’ve heard that some folk are having issues with their fire sticks too. I’ve bought a day pass with NowTV to stream Sky Sports. Just hoping to spare folks frustration and heartache if they don’t have a ticket to go to the game and then can’t get online either! (I know it won’t be a problem for everyone)

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.
