    @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

    @NOWTV is there an issue with your service. All day long I’ve been trying to resubscribe but having issues. Even when I try to reset password it says unexpected error? Any ideas?

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

    ok how are people in the UK watching Hacks when it drops at 2am? my vpn just stopped working at the worst timing on a US max account and i'm gay and panicking someone pls help a gal out, I simply cannot wait and avoid spoilers till it's out on NowTV on 17th April.. 🥲 #HacksHBO

    @NOWTV your service is the worst that I’ve ever experienced. The system can’t determine whether one or two devices are being used. It’s rubbish

    @MattP1Tommy well after 30 years of watching F1 I have cancelled my @NOWTV account all thanks to the worst cars @F1 has ever produced more battery over takes are not over takes it’s motorway driving.

    @SilverAscend @LeoKearse If BBC iPlayer and NOWTV can figure out you are on a VPN then I’m fairly sure it’s possible for the ISPs to block access to the VPN servers completely, regardless of protocol. Sure, it’s whack-a-mole, but they don’t need it to be perfect to be effective.

    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    @NOWTV Please fix subtitles on Season 1 Episode 3 of #ThePitt! They are completely out of sync with what is happening so the episode can’t be enjoyed by Deaf and Hard of Hearing members. I’m not going to continue paying for an entertainment pass I cannot use. #deafaccess
