  @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

  @agbu44 @fia @F1 I agree. NowTV gave us free coverage of the race, something is not watched for years. But that ending was disgraceful esp as he had an 11+sec lead just before the crash. I don't watch football as it's a corrupt business. Looks like F1 is still dodgy.

  Hi @NOWTV I just got an email saying payment failed. I was unaware I had a membership, you haven't contacted me for over 20 months, and it seems you took £10 every single month while seeing I wasn't using the service? Can you issue a refund please? Such poor customer service.

  @UridiumAuthor The TV is on the newest firmware so not sure what else to do. If the TV is screwed (I don't think it is as 4k does work for TV box and consoles) I'll just put Firestick and NowTV into 1080p (which resolved it) and get a new TV in future.

  can't wait to cancel my nowtv subscription as soon as i've finished watching succession with my flatmate, their whole interface is awful and they don't even have the new episodes of frayed or yellowjackets yet so what's the point

  @UridiumAuthor Our Toshiba TV started doing odd stuff with 4K like this! It started with our Firestick, colours look all washed out. Tried every combo of settings, can't fix it. This week, NowTV is doing it, can't fix that either. I've forced everything to 1080p & the colour is vastly improved.
