  @NOWTV bought a sky sports mobile pass and not working in my account. Also then bought a sports day pass, also not working! You’ve took £15 off me basically. Someone please contact me to fix this or send my money back!

  @NOWTV @SkyHelpTeam so I've had to turn off the blocking feature just to get @AmazonUK to work....maybe let customers know when you have resolved the problem you created 🙈👉

  @nowtvhelp @SkyUK so, multiple requests from @NOWTV tech support to provide screenshots complied with. Repeatedly advised issue was being escalated. 36 days still no streaming service. Cancelled subscription asked for refund.

  @NOWTV Have just switched to you from sky. I realise that you are the same but now 1471 & caller display are not working. All attempts to contact you failed. Broadband is less than 1/2 the speed advertised & don't give me that nonsense about testing the line over the 1st 10days

  Everything else seems to work fine though, YouTube, nowtv, Roku, Disney. It's just Netflix that has literally frozen 50 seconds in to S2E19 of Reign

  nowtv tv app is one of the worst i’ve ever used
