@NOWTV @blackarrow_mc @NOWTV im getting the same issue, 1 year old LG TV, constant buffering issues even though I ran a WiFi test and its 76mbps and sometimes even says can't load.. only just started happening..

@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.

@NOWHelpTeam No. I've just signed up to NowTv and just keep having problems with launching it. If I do force stop everytime it works fine.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"
