@NOWTV @blackarrow_mc @NOWTV im getting the same issue, 1 year old LG TV, constant buffering issues even though I ran a WiFi test and its 76mbps and sometimes even says can't load.. only just started happening..

@NOWTV Hi, thanks for getting back. on my 1st tweet, I attached images with the issue. on my mobile, it says that I need a pass in order to watch The 2nd image is showing that I have the pass on my account is active as the next bill is due next month. Don’t know why it wouldn’t work.

@NOWTV trying to joing/rejoin your service but having numerous technical issues. Account not working from one registered years ago. Online chat agent useless and says my email account doesn't exist. Please fix it or lose me as a customer.

When you are so angry with now tv and unable to contact anyone for help. I literally want yo throw my phone at the TV and burn the now tv stick #nowtv #whereisthecustomerservice #whydoesithavetobesodifficult
