    Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

    @NOWTV too often your live streams are interruptive & stuttering. Too often your "something has gone wrong" message pops up on my screen. It's not my broadband, which is a 700MB service, so what are you doing to resolve your ongoing streaming issues? #nowtv #skysports

    @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work
