@NOWTV My Sky Sports Mobile pass is NOT working on my mobile. Was working last week. Is saying that I need to purchase a pass but when I login online it says my pass is activated! POOR POOR service!

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied

@NOWTV Your app is the worst. Really glitchy. Not user friendly. Very very poor. Needs a lot of work. Amazing how far behind it is compared to every other app I use to watch stuff.

@NOWTV my dad is unable to sign in. He has just got a subscription via BT and trying to set a password but no matter where he is trying (browser) it’s saying unable to sign in error message, try again later! This is since yesterday, what’s going on??
