PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@RPartytime @nowtvhelp Yeah my TV is running streaming apps fine, but most websites don’t work and phone apps are all having problems. But apparently everything is fine according to the NOWtv technical section on their website!!

@lewyitfc @nowtvhelp Yes, just pointing out NOWTV do have something on their website now. Doesn’t help the issue, other than acknowledging they know there’s a problem, which based on my previous experience with NOWTV is an issue within itself.

Love the catch 22 situation that @NOWTV @nowtvhelp put me in, go online to check line but I can’t get online on landline! Online help on the mob going round in circle & as I am not in a priority group I can’t get through on the phone... #firstworldproblems #frustrated

The #NowTV outage appears to be DNS related, sevice is up and running but had to change my DNS servers to google or use #NordVPN to resolve any DNS. @NOWTV

Hey @NOWTV any idea when the connection issues will be resolved in the south east? We have had intermittent issues all afternoon, then complete no broadband, and now back to intermittent. Lots of reports on Down Detector too.

@nowtvhelp we’re experiencing issues connecting, particularly over WiFi... can you confirm issue with SKY/NOWTV in Suffolk please because sky have a notification on their website but nothing on NOWTV.
