PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

  • sophiemorbey morble (@sophiemorbey) reported from Birmingham, England

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

  • MrRamtastic Conner Crowder (@MrRamtastic) reported from Swadlincote, England

@NigelOwen77 @AdKempy @dcfcofficial Not that reasonable when you consider the poor quality of stream, dull commentary, the fact you can get NowTV sports for an entire 24 hours for less money That said I do pay for it most weekends 😩

  • _Rachele_ Rachele (@_Rachele_) reported from Birmingham, England

. @NOWTV HELP ME PLS 😭 For about a year I've not been able to update my watch list - every time I try to add to my TV it's not letting me again saying: "sorry we're having trouble updating."

  • ibaird73 Ian Baird (@ibaird73) reported from Birmingham, England

@nowtv Can’t access my day pass to Sky Sports. Rebooted everything. Other passes are working fine. Others seem to be having issues with @SkySports too! Help!

  • sophiemorbey morble (@sophiemorbey) reported from Birmingham, England

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Dark_Magik99 Dark Mysterio (@Dark_Magik99) reported

@rickburin @NOWTV It’s not for adults, directly- it’s the original director’s original vision, but he was removed from his own project and most of his work was put on a shelf never to be seen again, but now we have the original.

  • rephiiDE Justin Pohl (@rephiiDE) reported

@HollieB @NOWTV Ireland has the same Problem. It is so frustrating that NOWTV charge you so much. I also want to watch Bundesliga in Ireland and they only show 1 or 2 games per week but I have no other option...

  • Wilki1993 Joe Wilkins (@Wilki1993) reported

@HollieB @NOWTV It doesn't solve all of the problems but there's quite often £20 a month for 6 months NowTV Sports packages floating around.

  • savingmovingmum Hannah Marie (@savingmovingmum) reported

@NOWTV Yes! And apparently its up to @OpenreachHelp however, they aren't aware of an outage!

  • Varanus261 Matt (@Varanus261) reported

@jnmaccoll @WarnerBrosUK Possibly 4K in sky cinema or just shy for those that still have sky TV. However their compression/bitrate is awful... and NowTV is far worse. iTunes/Apple TV would be my pick for getting the best possible stream. Plus has the Dolby Vision and atmos perks for those with the gear.

  • GordyMacD Gordon MacDonald #FBPE💙 (@GordyMacD) reported

@wbpictures @WBHomeEnt why would you only release #JusticeLeagueSnyderCut with Sky and the awful @NOWTV ? Literally stopping vast majority of the fans from seeing it.

  • themadbrewery The Mad Brewer (@themadbrewery) reported

@jmcalder101 @NOWTV @VodafoneUK Yeah looks like you need to ring Vodafone, checked the forums and lots of people having the same issue, seemingly no way to sort it on online (unless someone gets back to you here and sorts it).

  • KaraAmyLarkX †K.a (@KaraAmyLarkX) reported

@NOWTV subtitles are the worst😩 either the show doesn’t have subtitles or if it does it’s completely out of sync.

  • NforcementDrone EnforcementDrone #RestoreTheSnyderVerse (@NforcementDrone) reported

@fringebats Does the @NowTV pass work like streaming (on demand) or scheduled (like TV)?

  • laj105 Luke Jones (@laj105) reported

@HollieB @NOWTV Sport in general has an issue with the cost barrier for a significant number of fans. I subscribed to Sky / BT last summer with the justification that it’s money I’m not spending in the pub. Post pandemic? I’ll probably struggle to justify the cost
