Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NigelOwen77 @AdKempy @dcfcofficial Not that reasonable when you consider the poor quality of stream, dull commentary, the fact you can get NowTV sports for an entire 24 hours for less money That said I do pay for it most weekends 😩

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

A lot of the Internet is down, from the McDonald's App, to NowTV, to Fortnite Issue is currently unknown. Likely an issue with the infrastructure of one of the underlying companies that "maintain" the Internet (for lack of a better word)

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"
