PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

@NigelOwen77 @AdKempy @dcfcofficial Not that reasonable when you consider the poor quality of stream, dull commentary, the fact you can get NowTV sports for an entire 24 hours for less money That said I do pay for it most weekends 😩

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam Me again, is there a timescale on the fix? The only thing worse than the quality of the football in the Leeds game was the stream quality. It is getting a bit ridiculous now. I want to stay with NowTV but this will eventually force my hand.

Pathetic customer service by @NOW. Post a link to a chat service you wait ages for, then they cut you dead without helping or even giving you contact details for Now Broadband. Your buffering issues are your issues and do not give value for money. #nowtv #nowtvbuffering

@NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

@aboutceltic I'm actually happy that I've spent over an hour demanding a refund for a NowTv day sports pass that didn't work. Otherwise I could've been watching that shitshow of a game. A good team ruined by **** mgmt, **** board, **** recruitment.

@chris_dudley @NOWTV The analogy doesn't hold though.. the slotted screwdriver could still turn flat screws. The original manufacturer didn't issue an update that prevented the original product from performing its original function.
