@btsport why is your streaming service so poor? I pay a lot of money each month to watch BT Sport football and in every game I miss huge chunks of the game because the stream keeps spooling. It's not my wi-fi speed as I have no problems with NowTV, Amazon Prime and Netflix!

@NOWTV Your Bonus stream section is not working and therefore, I cannot watch the Championship games on the Sky Sport Red Button function. Can this be sorted please? All help online says it will be at the bottom of the homepage, but all I see is "HayU highlights".

@anon_opin The worst example recently was Sweetpea on NowTv. Changed the main characters motivation by leaving out a key plot point and ruined it for the fans of the book. Terrible production decision.

@NOWTV broadband customer service is terrible. Three people lying to me. Fourth call, person much more helpful but 30 mins after my call I got an email to reschedule my engineer appointment by another week - so no internet for 3 weeks. #unacceptable #angry

@NOWTV why does your internet stop working after midnight , surely less people are using the internet at this time . And yes it’s isn’t just my connection 5 other friends have experience the same issue which is starting to happen frequently
