  @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

  @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

  @NOWTV got a day sports pass. Starting streaming at 20.30 last night.went to start again at 13.45 had to buy a new membership? Furious? Can u help? Lee

  @BT_Openreach how do we get a phone line repair for a vulnerable 82 year old who needs the line for their digital fall alarm? Been down for 12 days. @NOWTV customer service ineffective! Please help?

  The @HBO Max user interface on the @NOWTV app might be the worst UI I’ve ever seen.
