    @My5_tv this app never works on my fire stick or my mums nowtv it skips episodes & constantly plays adverts on loop. It buffers all the time and we have no problems with other apps

    @NOW I have emailed, you didn't answer. I've looked on your help pages, they didn't help. I do not want audio description on tv shows, I want it gone. It's not my tv, it's only a NowTV problem, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app, it's still there. I am losing patience.

    @NOWHelpTeam I thought the issue with two devices had been resolved but alas it's back to how it used to be. I don't have to force close any other app I subscribe to, why do I have to do it with nowtv?Why can the app not be intuitive enough to realise the first TV is on standby?

    @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.
