@itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

@authoramish @NOWTV Hotstar won’t work in the UK. Either Star Sports on TV or The NowTV app are the only options.

Yet again @NOWTV fails to take payment despite hours on the phone trying to update our details LAST month and the month before - shocking and unacceptable - and they have the gall to email us as if it’s a problem on our end 👎🏻👎🏻 0/10

@NOWTV Have paid for a sports day pass which is not working but money has already come out of the account and being given options which do no relate to my issue can i please have a way to speak to someone in real life not a bot
