Toby Cheetham (@tmc93) reported from Market Harborough, England@itvhub your app will always crash at some point during advert breaks usually from the 2nd advert break onwards on the Nowtv stick and returns to the homepage where you have to find programme again and rewatch the same adverts. Any advice how to fix this?

I was as frustrated at NOWTV for their ploy to get people to pay for a better quality picture. So they fuzzed the picture, watching the football the players were blurred you couldn't see who was on the ball. Yet adbreaks were crystal clear😤
