@camangusmurray @NOWTV Tried two TVs also tried through the firestick and two different phones, iPhone and Samsung. No connectivity issues as all other apps are working perfectly. Please respond.

@NOWTV Sure. @Vodafone sent me a snow TV sports pass code, to replace the sky sports mobile I had. I followed the link, installed the app & then things just don't work. Or they start to work, then freeze & I'm told I need a pass. I have a pass. Plus nothing casts. Help chat cuts out.

@NOWTV I'm sure you can email an internal email address with the case number 08446537. You don't need security clearance to do that. Just another example of the organisation not being prepared to help or even type an email
