    @NOWTV Why, compared to other streaming services: 1. Are the menu’s so crap 2. The app doesn’t remember where you left off 3. Is the sound quality limited to stereo only 4. Is streaming quality so poor 5. Sky doesn’t give a **** about the consumer?

    @NOWTV there seems to be an issue with the cast icon in the app, it’s disappeared. Has there been an app update? The issue is on iPhone and android

    @NOWTV None of the Apps (BBC iPlayer, Netflix, ITVHub) working on my TV. Plus Homepage is not looking same as normal. Lots missing. Is there a problem you are aware of?

    @nowtvhelp Hello, any chance of a reply to my complaint from 19/8/20? NowTV owe me roughly £300 and the customer service is awful. £6 per phone call and the live chat doesn’t even work.
