@jonnysta From what I can gather, NowTV and Sky are the same company and so I would assume they have the same issue at the moment. If you are with a different provider for mobile phone and have 4G you should be able to log on using this. - Alison

@nowtv your service needs to dramatically improve, I have sports entertainment and movies with you but your connection is poor, I use itv hub, Amazon prime Netflix and uktv play from the same Roku box with no problems, but now tv is always lagging! **** show

@NOWTV have not uploaded any new eps of any of the Real Housewives franchises since Thu last week. Contacted them Thu & they said they're working on it. What's to work on, it's available everywhere else? Going to cancel my subscription to watch where they upload on time!

@dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.

It’s 2021 and I’m still having trouble watching stuff on nowtv how can it be so bad?! Never have any issues with Netflix or Disney or Amazon prime. UGHHHH
