@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@NOWTV Ive had Now tv since it launched and I’ve never had a problem . Its on my phone laptop tv’s not a problem ive got movies and the entertainment channels monthly at the times i want it . Free tv apps oh tho the uk tv play is pants since they removed most of the channels .

@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.
