    @HSouthwellFE I've got the reboot process (which involves having to reset the main wifi router) down to 16 mins. Very annoying. I even brought a new smart stick to see if that was the problem. NowTV usually blame my wifi or my TV.

    @NOWHelpTeam Definitely not the device. All other apps are fine, in UHD, 4k. Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. As per the forum link is sent, I'm not alone with the problem. It's a technical stream issue nowtv end.

    @NOWTV I signed up to free trial 2 weeks ago and have noticed I've been charged £10 & £5 to boost when I logged on to my account to canx subscription ! Help
