Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

@MarkLong691 I upgraded NowTV to 1080p with better sound, its about £3 extra called Nowboost. It looks bad because twitter ruins the photo quality.

@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@BonnieQuigley4 We’re with nowtv and it’s a rolling contract. We just pay £25 monthly and can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees, and we’ve never had a problem with internet speeds or anything !

@NOWSport I REALLY want to buy a NowTV package and in fact last F1 season I started a Now TV trial. Sadly the Apple TV app still doesn't work. You can't mirror view and customer disservices is crap. I want your service but you clearly don't want the business.

@RokuSupport @beccammartin It's a recent update that's doing it, no amount of removing/reinstalling the app will fix it. NowTV is conducting a beta test publicly.
