My mate’s boyfriend gave me the login to his NowTV so between this Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ I needn’t leave the flat until 2021 at the earliest 🤪

Disappointed to find that the @NOWTV @nowtvhelp app won’t even fire-up on my up to date Mac. Online help-desk are worse than useless and they won’t even countenance a discount. #poor #customer #service

@NOWHelpTeam Can't actually watch the service I'm paying for because the NowTV player on PC's quality is so abysmal. (Not caused by my PC or Internet connection, this is an issue with the player as has been highlighted since 2017 on the help pages).

@Miriam11180064 Oh no that’s the worst! I’m sorry!! Let’s see I’ve mostly been watching Chinese fantasy on Netflix recently (aka word of honour, the untamed), but also enjoyed French heist show Lupin, and nowtv’s supernatural comedy Wellington Paranormal which is what we do in the shadows vibes

Sorting NowTV broadband & TV out for mam >100 miles away & everything was absolutely fine until #VerifiedByVISA pops up to **** everything up. It's sent a code to a mobile number which nobody recognises! \o/ There's no way to fix! \o/ She'll be left with no phone OR internet.
