@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.

@RokuSupport just bought a new Roku stick as my last Roku stick logged me out of NOWTV in U.K. now can’t sign in at all to NOWTV app keeps come up saying there is a problem. Have reset the stick but makes no difference. Please help

@All4 getting a login error on my @NOWTV All4 sign in. Have changed my password three times. Definitely have a. Registered account, can sign in to the website as well as the app on my phone without a hitch, but error message on the NowTV All4app. What am I doing wrong please?

@NOWTV Ive had Now tv since it launched and I’ve never had a problem . Its on my phone laptop tv’s not a problem ive got movies and the entertainment channels monthly at the times i want it . Free tv apps oh tho the uk tv play is pants since they removed most of the channels .

@virginmedia Reboot doesn't make much difference and any kind of streaming in a smart TV (netflix, nowTV, BBC iPlayer, itv hub) regardless or live or ore recorded always issues. Also EXTREMELY slow on smart phones or laptops 😭

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

The @NOWTV app for AppleTV has to be the absolute worst piece of software ever developed. What did Apple do to piss them off that would make its users suffer like this?
