Think @NOWTV must have the worse customer service I've ever come across. Instead of trying to help me they kept trying to sell me their offers. Disgraceful.

@panoparker Great work from NowTV. They’ve reaffirmed why I have absolutely no desire to purchase any of their product. Especially now it means their lining the pockets of these plebs.

Righteo Twitter, you have just over half an hour to help me decide what to watch tonight, NT at Home’s Amazon Channel seems broken so it’s Disney+, AppleTV, NowTV or booting my my computer… things that spring to mind immediately are Hamilton and Come From Away

@Kirst23x Do you want my nowtv login? I’ve got multi screen!

  • ConnellVicky Vicky Connell (@ConnellVicky) reported

@Michaelrossi81 @btsport I had a whole thing of having to make sure I’d downloaded the BTSport app onto Now then go on my phone to buy the fight then re-login to the app on Now. Changed to a Firestick (with the NowTV app and BTSport app) and it was actually much easier

@NOWTV Hi. I support someone with a learning disability who is trying to find out why a charge has gone into their account. Your online help section and live chat ‘NOWbot’ are not much use. If your query doesn’t fit into their narrow answers you get thrown back to the beginning.

@DrAnnieGray Me neither but I've managed via NowTV! Maybe a wee monthly free trial might help?
