@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

.@nowtvhelp Dozens of NowTV and Sky broadband customers all lost internet access here yesterday, yet I called you just now and you still claim it's an individual issue and booked ANOTHER engineer appointment. 24 hours + without broadband now. while trying to work from home

@NOWTV I've done that for 2 hrs Monday an now 30 mins today it times out your end everytime. This is becoming a joke. Please can you help I need a new stick as it is only a few months old

@alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

Hey @NOWTV, your app doesn’t work on my iPad Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max. Keeps kicking me off the app. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling the apps but keep getting the same. Will you be updating the app? No use paying for all my passes if I can’t even watch them!
