    @chris_dudley @NOWTV The analogy doesn't hold though.. the slotted screwdriver could still turn flat screws. The original manufacturer didn't issue an update that prevented the original product from performing its original function.

    I'm on PS5 and the NowTV app keeps buffering every 5min since the last app update. Please fix this @NOWHelpTeam.

    @NOW hi there nowtv, had my nowtv box now for 2 years, but now it's refusing to connect over wireless to my Internet. Wondering if you guys know any fix?

    @NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, every couple of minutes or so my NowTV picture blurs for a few seconds on my TV (through the app). This doesn't happen on any other app I have. Any ideas? A quick Google search seems to suggest it's quite common but how do you fix it? Thanks.

    @NOWTV Your app on the PS4 is awful. Constantly freezing when trying to watch the football.

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi there. My wifi is down... it’s been about 20 minutes. Everything is plugged in correctly, I followed the steps online to fix the issue but to no avail. Is NowTV having problems? Thanks.
