Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@rudemrlang @MatthewRimmer Don’t you find a lot of stuff on NowTV has this problem? I do! But then I watch most TV with subtitles now because of mumbling and my diminished hearing.

@NOW It's really unbelievable how NowTV does not work on Linux or ChromeOS in the year 2021. They must be losing so many customers who aren't owned by Microsoft.

@dowling_andy @TSB Yep. Sky (and Sky-backed/based ISPs such as NowTV) appear to have a major DNS issue. One workaround is to point your DNS at Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) if you know how.
