@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWTV Why, compared to other streaming services: 1. Are the menu’s so crap 2. The app doesn’t remember where you left off 3. Is the sound quality limited to stereo only 4. Is streaming quality so poor 5. Sky doesn’t give a **** about the consumer?

@MartinSLewis Plusnet £23.99. No idea what speed but never had any problems. Used to have virgin and tv package but it was getting so expensive. We not have nowtv it’s so much cheaper.
