Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

@NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

@CelticGossip @CelticFC I'm actually happy that I've spent over an hour demanding a refund for a NowTv day sports pass that didn't work. Otherwise I could've been watching that shitshow of a game. A good team ruined by **** mgmt, **** board, **** recruitment.

Incredible that I can watch hours of Netflix/Twitch on my internet with no issue but NowTV has buffered and forced me to restart every 5-10 minutes during the #F1 @NOWHelpTeam
