  @NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

  @dumilaiweman Exactly. Fix Btv2 into a real content engine or fully commit to NowTV as Botswana’s digital future. Right now, we have weak broadcasting and a substandard streaming platform. Digital audiences won’t tolerate poor UX or half-hearted execution. With the "best" tools allegedly.

  @NOWTV can you please explain why on Tuesday I was able to select Superfast broadband for the property I'm moving to but when I've gone back on today it will only let me choose Full Fibre? I don't want this as I can't wait for an engineer visit because I need broadband for work

  @hayuhelps currently pay for hayu via @NOWTV. It seems to be a weekly occurrence now where shows are missing, episodes are missing and take days to arrive IF AT ALL. New series don't materialise until days later. What is going on and why am I paying for such a terrible service?

  The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

  Anyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.

  @NOW My NowTV says I am streaming on another device which I am not.. I had to restart my comp and now I cant get on to watch it. Need to fix this issue as its a constent thing and is annoying.
