Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !

@nowtvhelp Must just be my expectations. Wait actually it can’t be.... because Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and funny enough Apple TV+ apps all work really well. Must be NOWTV as always trailing behind.... (Another free trail Shipper in Home Bargins) 🙄

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@virginmedia All Broadband is down in my area, which is acknowledged on your website with an estimated fix time of 2pm tomorrow. Being that I have paid for NowTV to watch the football and cannot because of your service failing, what compensation can you offer me?

@nowtvhelp Yeah, but have you used it... don’t just read from your script. You have heard of Apple right? It is very important to make sure your apps across all Apple operating systems work correctly. (Free trials continue NOWTV can’t get traction)
