Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

@NOWHelpTeam why have I not been able to sign in to my nowtv account since the logo changed? I have been through the live chat, and done everything advised but nothing works (& was cut off when they ran out of ideas) , yet I am still paying subscription fees. Not good enough.
