Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@All4 is there an issue with the app on other platforms? All4 hasn’t worked on my NowTV box for a couple of weeks. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but it still won’t work! Please help!

NOWTV has to be the worse streaming platform. The grainiest, shittiest quality, no skip intro button, and if you’re watching on your laptop, it directs you to NOWTV player 😭😭😭😭

12 seconds into a video and it needs to buffer some more, it'd be quicker to watch it frame by frame! I won't miss NowTV broadband when they finally **** off tomorrow! It's my mam's house but I'm in charge of the phone and broadband from tomorrow

@NOWTV my Internet is down for the umpteenth time this week, and I'm totally fed up with it! My partner and I rely on our Internet service for so much, and yet we get in and can access nothing, again! I'm so sick of your terrible service!

@Plusnet Hi! My wifi has been down all day and I just had a message from my neighbour saying that theirs and one of our other neighbour's wifi is down too (but they're with EE and NowTV). Do you know what could be causing a wifi outage in an area for multiple providers? Thanks!

@NOWHelpTeam Going to cancel all the subs instead, FireStick struggles for signal, more trouble than it’s worth. Such a shame too as I loved the NowTV box
