@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@NOWTV broadband due to be activated yesterday still dead today. Without any service and your rep said its open reach issue need engineer. Any way getting them out earlier I'm a Dr and need stable access to Internet. Not very happy I should have been informed there was issue

@NOWTV what an absolute shambles, changed provider over a week ago, no phone since, error message you do not have this service on your phone. Quick enough to take payment for it. Tried to resolve it then the broadband went down, felt as if you complain they pull the plug
