@bt_uk tried live chat. Told having multiple devices connected will affect speed. Not been an issue before. Can’t watch NowTV either which we pay additionally for. BT speed test gave is a higher reading than Speedtest app. Something fishy going on there. Who can actually help us?

@flintley @samueldhopkins I’ve never loaded it through a web browser but the apps on my tv and my nowtv stick, these functions work fine
