@SamsungUK @NOWTV Now tv app is telling me to update my firmware on an LS27AM500NUXEN. I have just manually updated to 1101.0, but NowTV still requests a firmware update. Any help?

@NOWTV how can I contact you if there is no option to speak to someone on live chat on your site?!! It tells me to get in touch but gives no contact details and takes me back to self help, don't say you have live chat and then not let anyone see where it is!!!

@NOWTV charge me £8.99 for a day pass with the promise of a "free 6 month mobile pass that will renew monthly after". Of course I took them up on that offer. My mobile pass has not worked for 3 months. Repeatedly I contacted customer support for a fix. 1/2

@melindahaunton We're with BT. It's ok. No major problems and we can get discounted passes for NowTV which is useful when your football team is on Sky!

@NOWTV I’m having big issues with my new account. I’ve been billed for a cinema pass when trying to install the app on my TV (it said it was a free 7 day trial). I cancelled it immediately. Now being told I signed up for it alongside Ents & I didn’t! It’s two diff sign up times.

My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.
