Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@NOWHelpTeam I have spoken to NowTV over the phone several times over the last two weeks and every time they have told me they cannot provide we with an update. This is why I have decided to communicate with the ‘help team’. Is there anything else you can do for me? Calling is doing nothing.

@NOW I can open Nowtv page on my Mac but when I want to sign the page goes blank. (its been 3 days now) Works on phone and Tv. Both Apple products so I dont think that is the issue. Any ideas guys?
