@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@now sad to report that despite only getting 0.8 Mb download (instead of 75) I am told there is nothing wrong by NowTV - so why did I call them? No apology just made to feel that it was my issue. Problem not resolved - customer service?? @SkyUK
