@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@NOWHelpTeam The samsung TV came with nowtv installed but kept saying firmware update needed (any updates have been done) and according to your link the TV is compatible. There are numerous threads on forums about the same problems with the nowtv app on Samsung tv's

@NOW trying to join NowTV broadband. Only offering ‘brilliant broadband’, and not ‘fab fibre’ or ‘super fibre’. Never had an issue getting fast fibre (66mbps) before at this address?

@cudezue Yes soon the streaming bubble is going to burst and one pop out think with making BritBox in UK ITVX pretty much they shot their chances of making it work. I mean sky is so confusing also it’s Peacock/Sky(SkyGO)/NowTV europe continent Sky Showtime also comcast messy model

@rachelellenpugh @NOWTV_It @hayu_uk The whole thing is terribly designed no? They have adverts ad we pay to use it, quality is often poor, having to download NOWTV player and open it every time? I don't think.
