@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

@F1Yann Does f1tv work with hdmi? Nowtv/ sky shuts down if you connect to an external source (ie plug a laptop in to your tv).

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.

@nowtv @martinlewis @tradingstandatds Nowtv terrible customer service, elderly father with no working landline for days, customer service is horrendous, happy to take money but provide no service. Do not recommend and will be terminating the service asap.

@bt_uk How can the hub be the issue? NowTV, BBC iPlayer, YouTube and every other app that can provide live feed works fine.
