Hey @NOWTV could you help me my iPad used to launch the app with no problem, now won't load. It's been like this for three days now. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.

@NOWTV This isn't a complaint, just some feedback. The NowTV phone app is troublesome. If I cast to my TV, it can't override what's already on the TV like other streaming apps can. So it gets confused and when you try again, it thinks there's a concurrency error.

@NOWTV Please Help Urgently. I am being charged monthly and can’t access account due to leaving old job and unable to access email. Please respond as your website is so not user friendly for such a complaint and having no phone number makes it so difficult and frustrating. Thks

@IanOnFilm @PilotTVPod @NOWTV I have no issue with Now and it’s not their screener service that gets my goat, it’s Viacom’s! Now are just stuck with it when they acquire certain shows as the screeners come from the US.

@NOWTV 2nd Attempt: I just moved house, I am with NowTV through TalkTalk. I transferred my TT to the new address and was watching NowTV Mon but on Tues it went off. Can you look into this please? I have signed up for a week free, whilst you sort this issues out. thanks
