    Hey @NOWTV could you help me my iPad used to launch the app with no problem, now won't load. It's been like this for three days now. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.

    The picture quality on the standard NowTV plan, which costs £35, is shocking. For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. And last night they didn’t even bother showing Wawrinka’s farewell ceremony and just cut off the broadcast 😡

    @virginmedia Hi, it seems my set top box is on the blink and my chances of watching my beloved Man City maybe at risk. I could switch to Nowtv, but that will cost me £15 for a 24hr pass. I've used the tips as featured in the trouble shooting guide. No luck. Can you help? Thanks

    The utter incompetence of @NOWTV broadband who can't even get their own phones to work, let alone my internet. They're run by Sky but can't match a Sky deal and can't answer what happens to my phone number and contract if copper wires stop while i'm in a contract with them...

    @NOWTVHelp I have just subscribed to NowTV to watch the F1 but have been unable to watch the practice session due to glitching and freezing every few seconds. Very disappointed and wont be paying £30pm for this terrible quality!. Tried to do an online chat but that doesn’t work

    @NOW You've locked me in a 12-month NOWTV contract without me knowing, ignored my complaint for over a month and now 3 agents have closed chats with me and told me they cannot help me. Oh, surprise, no phone line that works! Disgusting.

    @Delulu_Lila where to put it? it's nowtv problem that they buys so many dizi for every season. and if you don't know one production can't have two dizis on same day. so everyone put their series where they can.

    Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?
