    Hey @NOWTV could you help me my iPad used to launch the app with no problem, now won't load. It's been like this for three days now. Tried deleting app and reinstalling and I've restarted the iPad, will have to cancel subscription if this continues.

    @NOWTV Urgent, please help. This is a scam, or, someone is using my identity to join Now without my knowledge at about 20 h yesterday 19th Feb England. I tried to cancel but have no knowledge of an account and so cannot log in!

    NowTV is the worst streaming platform because you pay monthly for it and you STILL get ads.

    If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any

    @NOWTV Why is there no helpline number to contact you listed on the website? I can't get the live-chat to work because my broadband is painfully slow and the wifi keeps cutting out

    So if my useless management company takes weeks to bother to fix it, you won't reimburse for loss of service and you won't put pressure on the company to fix YOUR PRODUCT. So why shouldn't I just cancel my entire subscription and use NowTV?

    @SkyHelpTeam BT Openreach are due to update me tomorrow, this is the fourth date I have been given. I am disappointed you have failed. I am outraged that you communicated with nowTV to deactivate my old broadband which was previously fully working, leaving me unable to work.

    @YNWA_4Life @SkyHelpTeam I read somewhere it did, and the cast option became available on the app, but not working now. Had to dig out the old nowtv stick ha.
