@NOWTV Smart tv. 16 times in total. Amd it isnt the internet connection. As netflix youtube amazon tv and disney plus all work without issue.

@virginmedia Reboot doesn't make much difference and any kind of streaming in a smart TV (netflix, nowTV, BBC iPlayer, itv hub) regardless or live or ore recorded always issues. Also EXTREMELY slow on smart phones or laptops 😭

@nowtvhelp I can't use the NowTV app on my android device. It simply logs me out every time I try to play something. Spent an hour with technical support who told me the issue was fixed. Problem still there when I tested it. Tech support closed the conversation and passed me to a chatbot.

@RokuSupport just bought a new Roku stick as my last Roku stick logged me out of NOWTV in U.K. now can’t sign in at all to NOWTV app keeps come up saying there is a problem. Have reset the stick but makes no difference. Please help

Nowtv is missing from the home page on @Nowtv devices @nowtvhelp . It can't be uninstalled to reset it as the separate Nowtv app was removed by Nowtv. Fix it.
