@NOW No 4K or HDR support on NowTV makes this a poor offer. The standard package is 720p! 2010-level quality for an otherwise stellar show, very strange. I would subscribe if it was better.

Hey @NOWTV Broadband, You first send @OpenreachHelp engineers to visit to fix the broadband connectivity problem, The engineers replace the socket and provide different ADSL cable and take away old one, After few months the problem appears again, (1/n)

@timothygood I can and I must. It’s just a case of putting up with NowTV which is the worst streaming service in the U.K. Worth it to see your work though.

You would think in today's world of AI and super tech that switching broadband would be child's play, but noooooo. Loads of work to get done and no Internet , not off to a good start @nowtv @NOWHelpTeam

@Plusnet already has 100x better customer service compared to NOWTV. Even tho I’m still having issues (due to Openreach), the way Plusnet are handling it is so much better!!
