@NOWTV Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. Cancelled my internet subscription. Ordered middle of November for activation on 18th of December. Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

@NOWTV have to be one of the worst ISP’s I’ve encountered, consistently **** service. I can’t pin it all on them most ISP’s I’ve dealt with professionally and personally have been shite, thinking of just binning off the internet.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@CraigGrannell @seanjonesqc Another vote for Apple TV. Bought one a year ago and with the exception of the NowTV app which has somehow got worse (a Now issue, not Apple) it's sublime. No need for Sky or Virgin.
