Have been on all the forums and they say that this is an issue on some devices. I think the remote is faulty. How do I get a get a new one sent out?

Rory Standley (@rorystandley) reported@NOWTV FYI unable to buy a pass using Firefox “we’re having trouble displaying passes” absolutely fine on Chrome so panic averted for the football today! Firefox it would seem the page thinks I already have an existing pass but I do not.
