DarkLordBelmont (@darklordbelmont) reported@OpenreachHelp @NOWTV raised it - 2 wks ago they told me you were fixing it "week beg. 1st August"... but no work's been done and the old pole hasn't even been moved. Called @NOWTV today and they said "we can't ask for updates, we have to wait for OpenReach" Please can I just get a fix date?

matt roxburgh (@mattroxburgh) reported@PaulOBrien @philnickinson Yeah, just whitelisting them. Roku NowTV was a pain for a while but again finding the things it reached out for and blocking. Problem was friction it caused in family with things "not working".
