@NOWTV thought there was something wrong with my broadband and reset everything and now find the whole of the uk has issues with sky sports on now tv. Not happy!!

We've had 0 problems with our @NOWTV broadband for 6 months but within the last 2 weeks our internet drops out for 5+ minutes MULTIPLE times a day. Not only does it screw up our streams but I also work from home and need RELIABLE internet 😤

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again
