@Kop205Row37 @NOWTV Hi. You having problems too. I paid £53.99 Dec and January for sky sports. Should have paid £20.00 then cancelled my sky sports on Monday so now an paying £53.99 for nothing. Apparently will all be sorted tonight 🤔

@legendkiller2k8 @LizMorganTaylor @skytv I have no problem with theme I or nowtv . I also have virgin mobile as well as tv broodband and home phone . You do realise sky is owed by come cast a USA company no longer by Murdoch they all seem to get on a lot better since he was brought out . Sky only thought is 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam @NOW I solved this problem by installing a Roku stick & investing in the 'Boost' 1080 upgrade. There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.

@JennSandercock Oh god that’s awful. Nowtv does something similar by CONSTANTLY forgetting where you are, after minutes not weeks, not auto playing the next episode, garbage search functionality, and just damn. Blargh.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, but like I said earlier, the speed has significantly decreased since confirming my switch. It used to comfortably run with my partners laptop, my PC, 2 phones and 2 xboxs all at once. Now it's struggling with no reported issues with 2 phones and a nowtv stick, nothing else?

@ElizabethLovatt I’ve been with @nowtv broadband for 4 years and only had a problem with it once, which was fixed quickly. It’s £25 a month, I’m not sure how good/bad that is!

Absolutely outraged at being charged not once but twice after cancelling my contract 😡 There is no one to help on the online chat and the phone line is unavailable. Unacceptable. @NOWTV

@sucksfacebook @CFCJourno @btsport I’m finding that apps are stopping working one by one on my Samsung TV and Samsung are incapable of fixing it. I’ve tried. I’ve had a Samsung “engineer” remotely access my TV and they blamed the apps. List of apps that won’t work are BT Sport, NowTV, Channel 4 and Prime!

@NOWTV what on earth! My broadband hasn't been working all afternoon until now 6pm and I cannot even login to my account to get a phone number to call you. That is really lousy. I ask for immediate support.
