Activation date pushed back to 29th of January for no reason. Spoke to 6 or 7 different advisers, no updates

Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.
