Nowhere to enter code, 1 hour via Indian help no connection. Returned stick today, very poor customer service and misleading people into getting a bargain!

Graham (@Ginger_Graham) reported@NOWTV why is it that I cannot speak to anyone in customer service. I cannot consume any service I pay for and all I get told through chat is someone will contact me "soon", no idea when soon will be and nobody can tell me. This is awful customer service
