  @nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

  @skytv sky stream is the biggest waste of money I think I’ve ever signed upto, crashes, buffering , and 50% of the time technical error on UHD. Please contact me, I want my contract cancelled asap I’m going back to @NOWTV, works much better

  And before anyone from NowTV says "check your connection", its not the 1gb internet line, its literally your **** service. I wouldn't get a nowtv page saying "our technicians are looking in to the issue" on screen, if it was my internet...

  @CliveRoper @NOWTV it has stopped working on 2 LG tvs and an amazon firestick for me, but working fine on my phone. Funnily enough the tv/stick apps had all been logged out (and updated maybe?) and I needed to log in first, then the error.

  Dear @hbomax and @NOWTV - why can't I download The Pitt onto my iPad to watch on a flight tomorrow? Is it a glitch with the new platform on Now TV, is it a problem with this series or is this simply unavailable for download for Now TV Subscribers?

  @metaplexmovies Yeah. I am not a comic book person so know nothing of the character(s). Really enjoyed it (despite some sound issues with the @NOWTV transfer). I'll definitely be watching ep2 next week.

  Why is there no way to limit the playback quality in @NOW??? I live in the middle of nowhere so my internet isn't great so i'd like to lower the quality of streaming so it doesn't eat my bandwidth. Such a weird oversight considering every streaming service has this option. #NOWTV

  Is anyone using NOWTV and having some lag with F1? My internet speed tests are perfect yet it seems to cut off, doesn’t buffer as such, just seems to go all pixelated from time to time and the audio stops?

  @GeoffNorcott listening to #whatmostpeoplethink not sure of your issue about not being able to play NowTV in your TV? You will at minimum be albe to use HDMI cable connection, but you should be able to air cast. Also if you have Samsung or LG TV they will have app available.
