@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@StevenCya I’m now thinking of getting vpn and creating an account with nowtv. My internet is very fast, but I think the DSTV servers can’t handle the amount of connections.

@bt_uk Hi. Just reset nowtv box hasn’t changed a single thing… so has to be BT. The issue is this isn’t the first time it has done this and I’m fed up on changing the password every single time. I’ve have two tvs that use the bt app so once i changed the password a couple weeks -

@TheGadgetShow @jonbentley90 I only have problems with Apple devices not connecting to wifi randomly on occasions, even when streaming devices have no issues (I.e. NowTV). Can Jon do a special on that?

At #Nowtv how can I cancel the contract I took out for my Dad,I managed to cancel his Sky Sports and Entertainment package,he passed away 9/8/21 but you are still taking £18:00 a month from my bank with next payment due 3/11/21.Help please as App is no use
