@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@NOW My 3 month discount ran out and NowTV deliberately did not mention this. They have now taken full price and I am looking into my legal situation to get my money back. What a nasty underhand company NowTv is. They don't even read your direct messages for help.

@NOW longstanding bug on now roku, which it would be super to fix. Switching on an audio processor during a film will result in incorrect interpretation of display device or something, meaning picture only on 1/4 of screen. Have to restart app. Only nowtv has this behaviour...

Was considering a @NOWTV subscription, but the fact that 720p is the maximum quality for PC is an instant put off. The fact that 720 is still in your vocabulary as a streaming service limit in 2022 is beyond me

I think that @NOWTV has the worst user interface and user experience that I have ever seen in my life, and I've had to apply for a Visa from the Indian Consulate!

Weirdly it looks like Apple TV 4K is supposed to pause , it doesn’t work. And now since I was watching with my nowtv box I cannot watch on Apple TV as I am “watching tv on too many devices” I have powered the other box off and still get error, are you trying to annoy customers ??

@HughesDirect @SonyUK Just found out my mothers NowTV box broke over a year ago, she has been watching terestrial TV only since then. This would make an awesome present and me her favourite son again......Please help me get one over on my brother.

@NOWHelpTeam Boost is faulty. Lots of customers have complained about & it's still faulty. NowTv isn't worth even £1.00 it's a broken service. Don't reply with " I'm sorry you feel like that " etc. Get new staff @SkyUK for NowTv
