@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

So apparently I picked a bad day to WFH because my @NOWTV Broadband has decided to run soooo slow I can't keep a VPN connected on my work laptop. But "There's no fault on the line" which is super useful when a fault had been identified by Openreach and not-fixed before.

@nostalgiaexch @NOWTV Be careful if you cancel, really check everything once you’ve done it as it’s not as straight forward as you think, had a bit of trouble cancelling it in the recent past.

Any of my friends moving/ switching broadband soon, do NOT get sucked in by any good offers from @NOWTV ! Never in my life have I experienced such bad quality service and support and now they are just ignoring us altogether! It is APPALLING and not worth any amount of saved £££ !

@street_trash2 Everything new they create is 4K. The 4K looks great from what I've seen. Probably not 4k blu ray quality mind. There's just not all that much 4k stuff yet on there. I use nowtv and that's 720 unless you pay extra.

@weareopenreach #auchterarder With NowTV FTTC. Want to move to Plusnet FTTC. Plusnet say they can't guarantee the transfer as there is capacity problems. I'm not upgrading as both will be the same speed. Is this correct?

@NOWTV hi, the issue continues. as shown in the pic in my original message, it's a weird overlay on the screen that makes it look bad quality. only on sky sports. could you please let me know if it's deliberate? seems to be part of the nowtv software. do other customers have it? thanks!

@NOWTV I have had the same issue as Jack. Got a new JVC Fire Edition and the Now TV app will show up for download but then say not available before dissapearing from available apps.

@NOWTV I’m afraid you are incapable of resolving it. I’ve tried resolving the issue countless times on the live chat. I think the best thing now would be to ahead and cancel.
