@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@BBCiPlayer It's a Sony and probably about 6 months. Until we got the NowTv plug in, we thought it was a reception problem.

@AJRoach @skytv @netflix I've had numerous issues with All4, especially on content that goes out on a Friday night. Subtitles have often not appeared until the Monday when, presumably, everyone's back in the office. It's not hard to make sure AD and CC's are included. NowTV are awful for this as well.

@NOWTV where is the telephone help number?? Going round and round in circles, the broadband not working so need to speak to someone. I can't work without it.

@4Viewers @filletdabitchx Not working on Nowtv either, all other apps working fine. AND not working on app directly on phone and will not Chromecast either. WiFi connection working. Submitted form on All4.

@MilesDominic1 @NOWTV They have a message saying that it's because of EU rules - I'm really hoping this is a temporary issue and could get worked out and change - do you know more about the legal situation?

So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.
