@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

the worst part about being forced to watch the ocado advert twice an episode on NowTV is made even worse by the jingle being “there’s an ocado just for you” and then in small text at the bottom “excludes scotland”

@SkyUK It is but NOWTV isn’t anywhere near the level of sky with regards to investment, UX, channel selection and video/audio quality. Sky Glass looks to be the full sky experience via IP, which is awesome, I just wish I could use it on my Sony OLED.

@SkyUK So, it's a TV with NowTV installed? The main reason I have a Sky dish and not cable is your picture quality and codes. This wouldn't replicate that would it? The bitrate is lower no?

@TalkTalk literally has THE worst connection on the world. All the time 24/7. If I dare watch a film in NowTv it'll go all grainy and pixilate every two minutes. Well worth paying for 👍

@Roku - help! I am trying to install NowTV app on my new ROKU 3920EU. Updated software, factory reset 4 times, tried both BT and Three broadband. Cannot find NowTV. Netflix, Prime Video and AppleTV all registered and working

@NOWHelpTeam @ROKU - I am in the UK, cannot find #NowTV app on my new ROKU Premiere. Prime Video & Netflix work. I have tried factory reset 4 times, Chrome and Firefox via both of my broadband providers. ROKU apps look US-biased. Help!

@another07047584 @JontyEvans @SkyUK It’s not forcing anything. Those that don’t want to replace their TV’s have skyQ and those that can’t have dishes and don’t want to replace their TV’s have NowTV streaming service. Not sure what your issue is tbh
