@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@primevideosport None, Prime service is crap, have no issues with Disney, Netflix, BBC, All4, NowTV, Paramount or YouTube, but Prime,Prime crashes within 15 minutes and stuns the whole TV.

@skytv Stop selling me SKY Glass - Don't need new TV for 5 years - have 4K 65" + ATMOS Receiver, gigabit broadband. Don't want cables/dish but would buy Sky. Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

@KeiranBurr I used to work for NowTV, performance testing using what they called the 'game of thrones profile'. Guess they stopped performance testing and forgot what to do with circuit breakers when the token service falls over.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@bt_uk I'm aware of the problem, the issue is with Sky channels via NOWTV, which isn't covered on that page. The program guide never updates so it doesn't record properly.
