@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@mr_n_poos I’ll tell you one thing NowTV is a shambles. Good luck watching anything on the app without it freezing. Even sent an engineer out on Friday who said it’s a known issue. Total waste of time and delay Tati s from BT.

@NOWTV @WeAreOpenreach @OpenreachHelp Bloody useless the pair of them, couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery. Internet and landline outage in Faringdon, Oxfordshire since last Tuesday in the property of an elderly alone without support. Helplines are inept!

@PrimeVideo - you used to be great. Though recently, you’ve lost your touch: you have some great content, but it’s useless if your streaming service & picture quality is unwatchable. Netflix, Youtube, NowTV etc., stream in pin-sharp HD; PrimeVideo: inferior to VHS & stop-start.

@NOWTV broadband due to be activated yesterday still dead today. Without any service and your rep said its open reach issue need engineer. Any way getting them out earlier I'm a Dr and need stable access to Internet. Not very happy I should have been informed there was issue
