@nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

@nowtvhelp I tried to sign up to NOWTV broadband at the weekend, but upon paying you only took £60 not £65, meaning the account was never created. I still have no broadband and am now £60 out of pocket! Please help!

@RichieDriss Ah right, smart TVs in general are shite, I find. I’ve also got a NowTV stick which is useless. Try a console and see how that goes, because honestly, mine is really good. No buffer, decent quality stream.

@nowtvhelp hello, we’re experiencing an internet outage in our area due to an issue with openreach, some providers have been reconnected but our NOWTV Broadband has been down for 60hrs+. Can you provide an update on when our broadband service might return?

@bt_uk I recently signed up for NowTV at your recommendation. Not only is it pretty rubbish for the extra money, so many programmes I usually record with no problems are now getting “failed to record” - any ideas? Thanks.

@NOWTV Don’t fall for it, they say 11.99 then charge £25 You are awful how you treat people who have lost there jobs and just want there kids to have a little something extra through half term being stick inside. I’m so ashamed of our country and companies that take advantage!

@h0ve9 @NOWTVSport @NOWTV Yeah I’m really hoping they do this time around, I know they had a lot or problems though last year with cancelled races due to covid so I’m hoping it’s not going to cause them not to do it this year. We just can’t afford it otherwise 😞

@nowtvhelp 9.4.3 build 4079-56 This one is the worst one. They are all the same stick so I guess the same software version. Only happens when watching things through NowTV not any other apps.
