    @nowtvhelp hi, I’ve been having trouble watching NowTV today. Every ten minutes or so it kicks me out of the episode. I’ve got a Roku stream stick + have rebooted and updated stick, rebooted WiFi, problem still happens and only on NowTV. Any ideas?

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi there. My wifi is down... it’s been about 20 minutes. Everything is plugged in correctly, I followed the steps online to fix the issue but to no avail. Is NowTV having problems? Thanks.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi sending me DM message to keep contacting my provider is not a solution to my issue. I am in contact with NowTV everyday and their backoffice also contacting Openreach and resolve this issue, but it seems there is an indefinite delay from your side. I should have never left VM
