@StillSina Do you watch via a firestick or via the app (Nowtv player)? I think there's no trouble with the former but clearly the latter has issues Unless it's my laptop? (But all other on demand tv works instantly on it) ...

@NOWTV have subscribed to your movie package, I can’t hear a bloody thing anyone says ! It’s just mumbling with the background noise far too loud :-(. Can anything be done, I have looked on the web and it looks like lots of people have this issue, I had to put subtitles on !
