@NOWTV Please do some work on your Apple TV app. It’s woeful. No watchlist. Search is abysmal. Just incredibly hard to use. Just integrate with the Apple TV app and that would at least help.

Well today’s the day....will @WeAreOpenreach turn up to fix my broadband. Now on day 15 of total loss of service. Failed to turn up twice already. Any ideas @NOWTV @nowtvhelp diabolical communication and customer service. Already feeling like my family will be let down again

So if i put in a formal complaint & #Nowtv fixes the ui for disabled customers then what was the point of #Nowtv stating for months that they wont fix the ui for disabled customers. @Ofcom Why are companies allowed to treat disabled customers like that.

We've had 0 problems with our @NOWTV broadband for 6 months but within the last 2 weeks our internet drops out for 5+ minutes MULTIPLE times a day. Not only does it screw up our streams but I also work from home and need RELIABLE internet 😤
