Hi @NOWTV @nowtvhelp having real issues with subtitles disappearing during films/tv. Really not good for accessibility, seems like a bug that needs fixing!!

@NOWTV hey guys, FYI, your Play Station app has been unstable the last few days and giving known and unknown error messages. It's not my broadband connection, as it works if I connect to the player on my laptop

@nowtvhelp really disappointed with the service from NowTV. No broadband since Weds. Numerous phone calls without a resolution. Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.

@SkyHelpTeam Last time I had Sky was about 20 years ago. I do have a NowTV account though, but that shouldn’t cause the issue surely?
