    @nowtvhelp Pay for SKY direct. I have never seen such shambolic set up as @NOWTV Staff excluded they were helpful. Technically its absolute dung. Avoid it. Pay for sky. Bought a day pass on 20/12. Didn't work. Was told apply for a refund. Didn't work. 1/2

    @NOWTV how can I access the Bee Gees doc ‘How can you mend a broken heart?’ by @LeDoctor on the Now TV box search? I can access it and download on the app but not on the Now TV Box! Thanks

    @NOWTV No, but it went on a few hours and it's the second time in a week. We had big problems on Monday as well.

    @googlenest It’s right beside the router. Not sure about the band. I’ve rebooted everything in the last few days and it doesn’t help. Playing things within Google TV is fine, it’s the NowTV app specifically that has problems.

    @NOWTV Is there an issue with service in #DL14? Our internet is down on a NYE where everyone has to stay home. Your phone lines are closed. Perfect end to 2020 for your customers in the area?
