    @rchrae @NOWTV I have been having similar issues with app on Apple TV 4K, I’ve got entertainment and sports, works about 50% of the time. Trying to watch PL this afternoon, just get “error in player”, done all the normal restarted, wifi on/off, deleting app bollocks, no change.

    @NOWTVSport @NOWTV watching sky sports on Sony bravia TV via the tv app. Have HD option but whenever a game starts it pixelates? No buffering, doesn't lose connection but quality dips in and out? Any ideas? Not an issue with other streaming sites. 72mbps download speed..

    @nowtvhelp I previously messaged in December regarding our internet and TV being cut off in error. 2 months later we are finally reconnected but I am awaiting a response to my complaint letter. We are owed over £350 in total from @NOWTV and have been treated appallingly.

    @hoggdoggydogg Hi Andrew. thanks for getting back to me and I do apologise for the delay in response our team work form 08.00-20.00 Andrew we have no reports of this. Can you please uninstall and reinstall the nowtv app and tell me if you are able to select this option then. Thanks

    @NOWTV @nowtvhelp @NOWTVSport Please tell me why your online operators are unable to help and yet I’ve been told you have no mobile line. Imagine paying for the mobile sports pass and unable to use it Speaking to your advisor and suddenly the connections gone. #shitservice

    Someone help why Is nowtv saying unable to load video on my xbox one? Tried turning it off and on and deleted app.. Still saying it.

    @agnesfrim Oh it’s almost impossible. Have considered resubscribing a few times and have always been decided against it because of how god awful it is. NowTV by contrast - very easy to subscribe and unsubscribe and have done both multiple times!
