Once again my hopeless @SkyHelpTeam Q box has lost its internet and it’s all my routers fault - EVERY other bit of kit I own is happy with the router, not you. Can you hurry up and move all content to NOWTV so I can bin your awful box & use my AppleTV to view the content instead?

@NOWTV no internet connection for 6 weeks, charged for services totally unusable. Made complaints via phone to no avail. Asked to speak to a manger John in the technical team refused to put one on the phone. #inept #daylightrobbery

Oh god. I’ve discovered an awful cop/‘profiling’ show on NowTV. It’s like a Hannibal Lecter setup but Hannibal is Michael Sheen and Will Graham/Clarice is his son who is ‘crazy’ enough that he has to sleep in restraints. It’s so ******* camp

@NOWHelpTeam I've been talking to online chat for an hour to try and solve this and they seem to have no idea how the NowTV platform actually works. I can't log in on multiple computers, why would reinstalling the app help? I don't get the option to type my email address.
