So @NOWTV thought they would up my BB from £23 pm to £32 pm, without telling us 🤨 Not only that, but it also has terrible connection and download services! Cant even half 2 items connected without interumptions 😠

@SkyHelpTeam @NOW I solved this problem by installing a Roku stick & investing in the 'Boost' 1080 upgrade. There remains a REAL issue between Sky/NowTV and earlier versions of Chromecast however and it would be helpful if you could resolve it AND inform customers such as myself of its existence.

@NOWHelpTeam Do you have a phone number or email to make a complaint about quality of streaming. I bought a day pass specifically for a massive Old Firm game and the quality was so bad I ended up missing the goals! #UnhappyCystomer #NowTV

I do find it funny that NowTV have spent however much they have on rebranding themselves as "Now" only for: A) everyone to keep calling them NowTV. And B) their streaming apps to still be terrible.

@JennSandercock Oh god that’s awful. Nowtv does something similar by CONSTANTLY forgetting where you are, after minutes not weeks, not auto playing the next episode, garbage search functionality, and just damn. Blargh.

Oh, great. Match might be abandoned and after I'd gone to such great lengths to keep the time clear of carers and after I'd activated the damn NowTV ticket... Pretty much had it with football this year. Gary Neville can piss off too with his awful & hypocritical takes.

@fpl_phenom Yeah so I'm with BT for internet and TV & then pay extra for Sky Sports on tv and it also gets me access to Nowtv for consoles ect Ive tried that and found it doesnt work, they know of the issue and are trying to fix but dont seem to be in any rush. Guessing an app update soon

@ElizabethLovatt I’ve been with @nowtv broadband for 4 years and only had a problem with it once, which was fixed quickly. It’s £25 a month, I’m not sure how good/bad that is!

@NOW embarrassing quality and service. I have rebooted the app on PS4 And still innumerable, nay, constant buffering and slowdown, particularly on @SkySports Demand compensation, but will certainly be leaving #NOWTV and ending my subscription. Never this problem on @amazon

@MotchmanHarry @NOWHelpTeam The only good thing about this is you can set your flippin' watch by it! Been happening on and off for weeks. NowTV need to accept the problem is their end rather than keep dishing out the company line because we have all tried the 'fixes', they don't make any difference!!
