    So @NOWTV thought they would up my BB from £23 pm to £32 pm, without telling us 🤨 Not only that, but it also has terrible connection and download services! Cant even half 2 items connected without interumptions 😠

    Hacked off with #NowTV. Broadband not working properly, have tried the usual fixes. Log in ... invalid password. Send new password ... email not recognised. No phone number on the website, no way to contact them. What the hell guys

    I genuinely don’t know why I keep buying NowTV passes for F1. There is nearly always a problem with their service. Such a dreadful streaming platform

    @NOWHelpTeam Not really much of a ‘help team’ if you can’t actually help. Three days is abysmal - will NowTV be reimbursing myself and the other property for their **** up as I am unable to now work from home.

    @NOWTV website problem, when I try to add Boost package it loads a page that just says "Not found".

    @NOWTV @NOWHelpTeam does anyone actually work at your offices? 5 complaints logged and not a single one replied to? Easily the worse company I have ever had to deal with!

    @NOWHelpTeam Not sure, but I've gone back to nowtv stick and the quality still nowhere near as good as bt. Paying extra for boost I'd expect at least as good. You have the tech to provide better quality. Obviously a policy not to, so as not to tempt some away from paying silly money for sky.

    @OpenreachHelp …pleased). We didn’t realise the extent of the damage until we called an Openreach engineer out about the flailing cables and he took a look and confirmed there was damage and a really poor job done. However, he couldn’t help us as apparently we needed to phone NowTV who provide

    @ITV i've just realised that your app on nowtv is 7 mins behind the live racing. Which socks a little because its not as fun to watch racing from 10 mins ago. Any update on the fix you've been proposing for months?

    @virginmedia Hi Virgin. My parents are having an absolute mare with their broadband at the moment. Every single internet service is constantly buffering. Wired or wireless. Prime, Netflix, NowTV. Impossible to get through to any kind of support. Can you help?
