@NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

@nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@nowtvhelp This morning I just been on quite a few forms people with nowtv I thinking of cancelling it with BT because of all the problems they're had with the now tv app complaints on the btforum what are are complaining about on the forums it not just me and it the 4k box t4000

@NOWTV I was promised a refund of 6 months membership having battled with your customer service department for almost 2 months. I was told it’s take 3-5 days 8 days ago… still nothing. Reference 11111077. So tired of this awful service.

Spent the last hour trying to get @nowtv to work on my chromebook like I used to be able to do. Seems sky have completely locked it down now. Not even sideloading works 😒

@mileswoodford Ok Miles, follow the problems watching nowtv option that applied to you then click on the downward pointing arrow that says get in touch. If you're an apple or mac user, please make sure you have downloaded the recent security update also, this may resolve it. -GH

@LeadTestInclude We canned Virgin to go with Freeview plus Now Entertainment package. Still fairly cheap I guess. Just about enough programming that isn’t covered elsewhere. The NowTV box we have is rubbish. Awful interface (but it works - no channel numbers for freeview channels)

@NOWHelpTeam Really, you just tested it. I don’t watch anything but the sports on nowtv. It’s stutters, I stream BT sports to, this doesn’t stutter at all. This is definitely a #nowtv issue, this is going through the Xbox app.

@polmalm Not sure if it'd work but it should be streaming on NowTV, which you could find a way to sneaky VPN yourself into watching via a free trial.

@F1Ruaraidh @NOWTV @NOWTV has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Cancelled mine too. Hopefully more people will realise how awful they are.
