@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@GWR71 @BritBox_UK Spent years hoping NowTV would fix the pitch correction on their shows (or just play it at their native frame rates) so that the audio wouldn't sound slightly gross and off-pitch on all their US shows. If a service with Sky's budget can't do it, I've little hope for BritBox.

@TCF_Frenchie I use NowTV and usually just grab deals on Sky Sports as and when they pop up (if you cancel close to end of a term they usually offer an automatic discount to keep you etc). It’s decent, only downsides are picture quality and delayed streams

@NOWHelpTeam hi. I have nowtv and watch via my bt view box but a second device which is listed was unable to stream through there TV using the app the other day. Any help as to why please?

@NOWTV I’m on my second remote which has also decided to stop working. Speaking to a Webchat agent who is telling me I need to buy a new remote!! I’ve only had Now tv since June and now I’m left with a tv that doesn’t work!!!! What am I supposed to do now!?

@NOWHelpTeam Oh now thats a record, 12 times I've had to tell the NowTV tech team that it is not an issue with my Internet provider and is in fact the appauling NowTV player that's at fault. Oh and 5 times telling them that I've already contacted my provider. This is getting so tedious.

@nowtv @openreach I’m fed up of all the nonsense of you guys trying to fix my internet. You keep sending people round to my house and to the cabinet and each time I have to wait in all day for you. It’s not good enough. Do your job and fix the issue.
