@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@NOWHelpTeam You’ve literally copied and pasted the same response to each and every tweet anyone has sent you. That’s awful customer services & evidence of how little you care about your customers. Complaint going in & account cancelled. #NowTV is so not worth the money.

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at least the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, I can only think of probably NowTV, Dazn or an Iptv service.
