@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@PrimeVideo why has your app stopped working on my @NOWTV stick? It worked yesterday. All other apps are working. It says internet connection issue but everything g is ok except prime video! I have plugged out, deleted app, reinstalled etc. not working?!?

can't wait to cancel my nowtv subscription as soon as i've finished watching succession with my flatmate, their whole interface is awful and they don't even have the new episodes of frayed or yellowjackets yet so what's the point

@Mr_Marty Are you using nowtv for it? Pain in the arse when it's out of sync. I get it through the bt box using now and it's terrible if my internet drops for a second.

@NOWHelpTeam unable to watch Amazon Prime on my Nowtv box, says connection issue yet I can still watch sky films, sky entertainment and Disney+. Have uninstall and reinstalled but getting the same screen saying connection issue. Please help

@UridiumAuthor The TV is on the newest firmware so not sure what else to do. If the TV is screwed (I don't think it is as 4k does work for TV box and consoles) I'll just put Firestick and NowTV into 1080p (which resolved it) and get a new TV in future.

Hey @NOWTV My router and TV are less than 10 metres apart, great speed to the router yet can barely watch anything being streamed. It is dire. Either I get severely low quality or it just buffers for ages

As someone who watches F1 on NowTV, I very much appreciated @SkySportsF1 working with @C4F1 to let them air Sky’s coverage today. The extra 20 seconds of delay would have been awful for the end of that race.

RUGBY TWITTER How the hell do I watch Wasps v Munster? I couldn't watch live today, but assumed I could just throw money at the problem later 😢 NowTV don't do on demand. Eir sports pack with BTsport is discontinued. Will UK BTsport work in Ireland?

After giving #nowtv a year to improve, I can confidently say that the quality is just as bad as ever. Generally worse than standard definition. Intermittently unwatchable. Even with the HD Boost. Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon, BBC iPlayer etc. all work perfectly. @NOWHelpTeam @NOW
