@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@alisonlaurabell Oh it's so ****. You have to download their own NowTV player thing which is just awful. We use it on AppleTV so it's not too bad but on laptop it's no good!

@NOWTV Hi thanks for the reply what a rip-off I would hope a company like NowTv would give some form of Conversation for the money spent out on these two boxes they were purchased from John Lewis as a large amount of money and cannot afford to just throw things away will you help ??

@NOWTV hi please sort out your buffering issues 🙏🏼 subscribed again & it keeps getting pixelated, defo not my connection; I primarily watch Netflix or Prime & never have pixelation with them, so if you can that would be appreciated. Kinda reminds me why I stopped subs to you 😔
