@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@NOWHelpTeam Hi, every couple of minutes or so my NowTV picture blurs for a few seconds on my TV (through the app). This doesn't happen on any other app I have. Any ideas? A quick Google search seems to suggest it's quite common but how do you fix it? Thanks.

@NOWHelpTeam my nowtv won’t let me watch the football game, says something is not right with the error code PL-0 i have uninstalled and re installed and even logged. what should i do?

@NOWHelpTeam the NOWTV app has been playing up for the past week. Always Buffering and picture quality is all fuzzy. The Error code is: PL-0. I have uninstall the app and deleted the data. And then reinstalled it. The problem is still happening. Any advise ?

@PremierSportsTV @spfl ‘Premier’ I gave up after I subscribed - the quality of the player was dreadful . Kept buffering . No problems other providers ( nowtv and by sport )
