@Roku the nowtv app won't load on my Roku. Spoke to an agent online for about half an hour. Tried to re set app etc but still not working. Agent said they would email me with resolution. 3 days later and still no email and still not working. Not happy

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I have 2 passes with NowTv one which is movies and one which is entertainment, not working on my Samsung TV and I’ve followed the advice on your website regarding white light and still not working, please help to get it working or give refund.

Still can’t decide between iFollow or NowTV match pass for the game - iFollow you get quality, Fray commentary but crap camera. Sky you get multi camera and replays but shite bias commentary and they all hate Forest. 🤔 #NFFC

@nowtvhelp Yes they’ve worked before and in last few days stopped working, not had it working since Monday so lost 5 days of nowtv, my kids want to watch Dolittle the movie they can’t and I can’t continue with my tv, very bad, followed the advice on the website to no avail, please help

@Lou11356780 We chose not to have a TV license a few years ago as we found we would get better quality content by investing the money that had gone into the our TV license fee into Netflix, Prime Video and NowTV. All 3 for the same price.

literally only have one episode left and i paid for nowtv just to watch this show but my pass ended :-( and now i had to watch the last couple episodes in such bad quality but ahh U KNOW WHAT I LOVE CARRIE AND MR BIG!!!!!!! like he was so toxic before but they've both matured

And the gall from the Voda advisor to ask me to contact my previous ISP NowTv to release my landline number-who’s advisor kept reps eating like parrot ‘it’s with BT’, Voda, it should be your job to do this, you made the error! Not me! I expect a resolution by next week, or else👋

@NOWTV Paid for a one day pass, on lap tap and two smart Tvs got to point of play, repeated error message : "something went wrong" had to watch on mobile phone. Wasted money.
