@SamsungUK @CraigxMitch @NOWTV Ah yes, the “engineers” they came to fix my Q950R 8k TV when it broke after 18 months… of minimal use.. £1900 they wanted after the £4k I already paid (flagship model at the time) Absolute trash, worst TVs and aftercare ever. I saved the £1900 and put it towards an LG OLED.

Hello @NOWTV Let’s see if I understand this correctly. For £15 PM on an Apple TV 4K subscription I get a basic 1080p package with stereo 2.0 sound only? With #Apple+ I get 4K image, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos sound. I’m sorry but that’s an absolutely terrible deal. #Sky #NowTV

@rsmck That was my understanding too, which suggests these apps are probing phone config, but I was having issues with @SkyUK and @NOWTV apps and they confirmed the would stop working by design if either private relay or private Wi-Fi (mac) address were enabled.

@NOWTV your service is so bad. The interface is almost impossible to navigate and it’s impossible to use Bluetooth speakers. Worst streaming service by far 🤬

My NowTV app wouldn’t allow me to stream #TheAshes last night & posted a message about technical/streaming problems. Having looked at the scorecard this morning I now appreciate it was probably too embarrassed to relay another shocker innings from @englandcricket
