NowTV or whatever we're calling it now was designed by a madman in 2012 and then he left and no other staff have been hired to work on the website, app, or player since. That's the only reason I can find for it being so unusable for it's human users.

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.

NowTV is the dearest of all streaming services, worst in layout & design and now have put adverts unless you pay another £5 on top of your subscription. #nowtvadverts

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@now sad to report that despite only getting 0.8 Mb download (instead of 75) I am told there is nothing wrong by NowTV - so why did I call them? No apology just made to feel that it was my issue. Problem not resolved - customer service?? @SkyUK
