@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

4) I've had @NOWTV packages (Entertainment, Film, Sport) for about 9 years) and never had any issues, but come April 2025 - and it's been absolutely poor systems, poor investigation and poor service. I now live in a town not a village anymore and the Internet speeds are fast!

@NOWHelpTeam why on Earth does the Roku version of the NowTV app crash/exit to the main Roku menu at EVERY ad break? It makes everything impossible to watch anything! Not good enough for a paid service!

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass
