@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@NOWHelpTeam Trying to view sites of VPN providers (Nord, Express, SurfShark) but can't - w/o using a VPN?! If I use TunnelBear they work, but if not they time out. Are you blocking them? Not trying to use a VPN to view NowTV, but to shop for a VPN for secure browsing overseas

NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

@NOWHelpTeam Not really much of a ‘help team’ if you can’t actually help. Three days is abysmal - will NowTV be reimbursing myself and the other property for their **** up as I am unable to now work from home.

@RMajor86 @NOWTV I've got now TV and I've watched a dodgy sourced episode of a show because I just couldn't get the now TV app to work. They spend so much time concentrating on the 0.01% of the population that want to do something dodgy that they knobbled the experience for the 99.99%

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure, but I've gone back to nowtv stick and the quality still nowhere near as good as bt. Paying extra for boost I'd expect at least as good. You have the tech to provide better quality. Obviously a policy not to, so as not to tempt some away from paying silly money for sky.

Starting to get really frustrated now that I only have up to episode 8 of Greys Anatomy… anyone else using #nowtv got this issue?! I just wanna know wtf is going on 😭
